Abstract
〔과제〕
발생되는 슬러지의 양이 많고, 또 사용하는 약제의 양도 많다.
〔해결수단〕
불소를 함유하는 물에 응집제로서 황산 알루미늄을 가하고, PH를 6.5로 하여 침전을 생성시킨다. 이어서 슬러리상 침전물을 분리시킨후, 이 침전물에 물과 황산을 첨가하여 PH를 4.0으로 하고 공침된 불소를 용출시켜 용액을 분리시킨후 남겨진 침전물을 재차 응집제로서 사용한다.

Claims (5)
- 유해물을 함유하는 배수의 PH를 조정하고 무기 응집제를 첨가하여 침전물을 생성시킨 후, 상기 침전물을 분리하는 공정과, 분리한 상기 침전물에 물을 가하여 PH를 조정하여 적어도 공침된 상기 유해물을 용출시키는 공정과, 용출된 상기 유해물을 함유하는 수용액을 분리시킨후, 잔존하는 상기 침전물을 응집제로서 재사용하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유해물로서 중금속을 함유하는 배수 중에 무기 응집제로서 철화합물을 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수의 처리방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공침된 유해물을 용출시키는 PH는 3.5~6.0 또는 11.0 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수의 처리방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유해물로서 불소를 함유하는 배수 중에 무기 응집제로서 알루미늄 화합물 또는 알루미늄 화합물과 칼슘 화합물을 첨가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 공침된 유해물을 용출시키는 PH는 3.5~5.5 또는 9.5~11.5인 것을 특징으로 하는 배수처리방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
