Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 디옥틸프탈에이트 또는 에폭사이으소이빈오일 등으로 가소화된 PVC를 기재로하고 여기에 가소제 및 첨가제등을 첨가하여 이루어진 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조상물에 고무, 열가소성 우레탄화합물 및 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종의 화합물을 첨가하여 개질화함으로써 가열 프레스는 물론 압출기 및 사출기 등에 의한 발포가 가능하고, 이와같이 발포된 조성물은 재생이 가능하고, 비중이 낮아 가벼우며, 물리적 특성, 내슬립성, 내마모성 및 다른 소재와의 접착성이 우수하여 신발용 소재로 적합한 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. PVC 기재에 가소제 및 기타 첨가제가 첨가된 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물에 있어서, 상기 PVC 기재 100중량부에 고무, 열가소성 우레탄 화합물 및 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체 중에서 선택된 1종의 개질제 10∼90중량부를 첨가하여 재질화한 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PVC 기재는 현탁중합형 PVC와 유화중합형 PVC가 99.5 : 0.5∼0.5 : 99.5 중량비로 혼합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무는 부타디엔 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔 고무, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무, 이소프렌 고무 및 천연고무 중에서 선택된 단독 또는 2종 이상의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 PVC계 열가소성 발포체 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트 공중합체는 용융흐름수지가 0.5∼450g/10분이고, 비닐아세테이트의 그라프트 공중합율이 0.5∼60몰%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 아트릴로니트릴-부타디엔 고무는 아크릴로니트릴의 그라프트 공중합율이 0.5∼40몰%이며 입상인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조상물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 조성물에 아크릴로니트릴로 그라프트 중합된 PVC를 상기 PVC 기재 100중량부에 대하여 0.5∼40중량부 첨가하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 아크릴로니트릴로 그라프트 중합된 PVC는 아크릴로니트릴의 그라프트 공중합율이 0.5∼45몰%인 것임을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 PVC계 발포체 조성물.
