Abstract

본 발명은 공업용 수지, 올레핀계 중합체 및 탄성중합 공중합체의 동적 가황처리된 혼합물, 및 상기 공업용 수지 및 혼합물용으로 사용되는 융화제의 3성분 배합물로 구성되는 열가소성 탄성중합체에 관한다. 본 조성물은 고온에서 구조적 일체성이 보존되며 양호한 인장 특성, 연신율 및 내유체성을 갖는다.

Claims (17)

  1. (a) 약 10∼약 50중량부의 열가소성 공업용 수지; (b) (i) 열가소성 올레핀계 중합체, 및 (ii) 반응성 경화 부위를 갖는 탄성중합 공중합체로 구성되는 약 90∼약 50중량부의 동적 가황처리된 혼합물; 및 (c) (a) 및 (b)용의 약 2∼약 35중량부의 융화제(compatibilizer)의 배합물로 구성되는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 배합물이 배합물의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10∼약 40중량부의 (a), 약 60∼약 90중량부의 (b) 및 약 2∼약 20중량부의 (c)로 구성되는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 공업용 수지 (a)가 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 공업용 수지 (a)가 나일론 및 이의 공중합체들에서 선택되는 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 올레핀계 중합체 (i)가 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 및 이들의 공중합체 또는 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 올레핀계 중합체 (i)이 폴리프로필렌인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합 공중합체 (ii)가 C4-7이소모노올레핀 및 p-알킬스티렌의 관능화된 공중합체, EPDM 고무, 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합 공중합체 (ii)가 이소부틸렌 및 p-메틸스티렌의 할로겐화된 공중합체인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합 공중합체 (ii)가 EPDM 고무인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 동적 가황처리된 혼합물 (b)을 완전 가황처리한 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 동적 가황처리된 혼합물 (b)이, (i) 및 (ii)의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 10∼약 90중량%의 열가소성 올레핀계 중합체 (i) 및 약 90∼약 10중량%의 탄성중합 공중합체 (ii)로 구성되는 조성물.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 융화제(c)가 열가소성 공업용 수지(a)와 융화가능하고 혼합물(b)과는 융화되지 않는 하나 이상의 세그먼트, 및 혼합물(b)과 융화 가능하고 열가소성 공업용 수지(a)와는 융화되지 않는 하나 이상의 세그먼트를 갖는 다관능 화합물인 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 융화제(c)가 열가소성 공업용 수지 및 말레에이트화된 올레핀계 중합체의 반응 생성물인 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 공업용 수지와 말레에이트화된 올레핀계 중합체의 비가 약 95 : 5∼약 50 : 50인 조성물.
  15. (a) 약 10∼약 40중량부의 나일론; (b) (i) 및 (ii)의 중량을 기준으로 하여, (i) 약 10∼약 50중량%의 폴리프로필렌, 및 (ii) 약 90∼약 50중량%의, 이소부틸렌 및 p-알킬스티렌의 할로겐하된 공중합체로 구성되는 약 90∼약 60중량부의 동적 가황처리된 혼합물; 및 (c) 나일론 및 말레에이트화된 폴리프로필렌의 반응 생성물로 구성되는 (a) 및 (b)용의, 약 2∼약 20중량부의 융화제 배합물의 배합물로 구성되는 조성물.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 성형 또는 압출된 제품의 형태인 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, a) 열가소성 올레핀계 중합체 및 반응 경화 부위를 갖는 탄성중합 공중합체의 배합물로 구성되는 동적 가황처리된 혼합물을 제조하는 단계; b) 상기 수지 및 혼합물에 대한 융화제의 존재하에 단계 a)로부터 얻은 혼합물을 공업용 수지와 배합시키는 단계에 의하여 제조된 조성물.
