Abstract
본 발명은 (A)(a) 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단독중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 (b) 완전히 가교결합되거나, 부분적으로 가교결합되거나 또는 가교결합되지 않은 올레핀계 고무, 및 임의로 (c) 통상적인 첨가제; (B)(a)열가소성 폴리올레민 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 및/ 또는 (b)통상적인 첨가제와 임의로 혼합된 (c) 스티렌/컨주게이팅된 디엔/스티렌의 블록-공중합체 및/또는 이의 수소화된 유도체; 및 (C)(A) 및 (B)의 흑종의 블렌드에서 선택된 열가소성 탄성중합체에 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 폴리아미드의 공중합체를 합체시켜 얻어지는 표면 특성이 개선된 열가소성 탄성중합체에 관한다. 본 발명은 또 상기 개질된 열가소성 탄성중합체를 제조하는 방법, 이의 용도 및 이들로 구성되는 성형 제품에 관한다.

Claims (18)
- 관능화된 폴리올레핀이 자신의 총중량의 기준으로 하여 약 0.3중량% 이상의 관능 그룹-형성 단량체를 함유할 경우에, (A)(a) 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단독중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 (b) 완전히 가교결합되거나, 부분적으로 가교결합되거나 또는 가교결합되지 않은 올레핀계 고무, 및 임의로 (c) 통상적인 첨가제; (B)(a) 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 및/또는 (b) 통상적인 첨가제와 이의로 혼합된 (c) 스티렌/컨주게이팅된 디엔/스티렌의 공중합체 및/또는 이의 수소화된 유도체; 및 (C) 혹종의 (A) 및 (B)의 블렌드에서 선택된 100중량부의 열가소성 탄성중합체 상기 (A), (B) 또는 (C)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 3∼60phr의 (i) 약 10∼90중량%의 관능화된 폴리올레핀과 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 폴리아미드의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 90∼10중량%의 폴리아미드를 축합반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 공중합체, 또는 (ii)(i)에서 정한 양의 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 폴리아미드 또는 (iii)(i) 및 (ii)의 혼합물으로 구성되는 열가소성 탄성중합 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 (메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 비닐 아세테이트와 이의 공중합체에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제2항에 있어서, 공중합체가 (메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 비닐 아세테이트와 에틸렌의 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 고무가 EPDM 고무, EPM 고무, 부틸 고무, 할로겐화된 부틸 고무, 이소모노올레핀 및 파라-알킬스티렌의 공중합체 또는 이의 할로겐화된 유도체, 천연 또는 합성 고무, 폴리이소프렌 폴리부타디엔 고무, 스티렌-부타디엔-공중합체 고무, 니트릴 고무, 폴리클로로프렌 고무 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스티렌/컨주게이팅된 디엔/스티렌의 블록-공중합체가 약 10∼50중량%의 스티렌 및 약 90∼50중량%의 컨주게이팅된 디엔을 함유하는 조성물.
- 제5항에 있어서, 컨주게이팅된 디엔이 부타디엔, 이소프렌 또는 이의 혼합물에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항, 제5항 및 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블록-공중합체, 폴리올레핀 및/또는 첨가제의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 60중량% 이하의 열가소성 폴리올레핀 또는 통상적인 첨가제 또는 이의 혼합물과 블록-공중합체가 혼합된 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 C2-7단량체의 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 또는 (메트)아크릴레이트 또는 비닐아세테이트와 이들의 공중합체에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 공중합체가 (메트)아크릴레이트 및/또는 비닐 아세테이트와 에틸렌의 공중합체인 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, (A) 및 (B)의 블렌드가 (A) 및 (B)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 5∼95중량%의 (A)를 함유하는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 관능화된 폴리올레핀이 불포화된 카복실산, 디카복실산 또는 약 C3-20을 함유하는 이의 유도체 또는 약 C6이상을 함유하는 에폭시-그룹 함유 불포화된 카복실산의 에스테르에서 선택된 그래프팅시킬 단량체를 그래프팅시켜 얻을 수 있는 중합체에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 그래프팅시킬 단량체가 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트인 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 중합체가 에틸렌, 프로필렌, 1-부텐, 1-헥센, 및 4-메틸-1-펜텐, 및 에틸렌과 하나 이상의 알파-올레핀의 공중합체에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리아미드가 ε-카프로락탐, 아미노카프로산, 에난토락탐, 7-아미노-헵타노산, 11-아미노운데카노산의 중합체, 디아민과 디카복실산의 중축합에 의하여 얻어진 중합체, 이들의 공중합체 또는 이들의 블렌드에서 선택되는 조성물.
- 폴리아미드 융점의 약 20℃이상의 온도에서 관능화된 폴리올레핀이 자신의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.3중량% 이상의 관능 그룹-형성 단량체를 함유할 경우에, (A)(a) 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단독중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 (b) 완전히 가교결합되거나, 부분적으로 가교결합되거나 또는 가교결합되지 않은 올레핀계 고무, 및 임의로 (c) 통상적인 첨가제; (B)(a) 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 및/또는 (b) 통상적인 첨가제와 임의로 혼합된 (c) 스티렌/컨주게이팅된 디엔/스티렌의 공중합체 및/또는 이의 수소화된 유도체; 및 (C) 혹종의 (A) 및 (B)의 블렌드에서 선택된 100중량부의 열가소성 탄성중합체, 상기 (A), (B) 또는 (C)의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 3∼ 60phr의 (i) 약 10∼90중량%의 관능화된 폴리올레핀과 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 폴리아미드의 총중량을 기준으로 하여 약 90∼10중량%의 폴리마이드를 축합반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 공중합체, 또는 (ii)(i)에서 정한 양의 관능화된 폴리올레핀 및 폴리아미드 또는 (iii)(i) 및 (ii)의 혼합물을 블렌딩시키는 것으로 구성되는 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에서 정의된 열가소성 탄성중합체의 제조방법.
- (A)(a) 열가소성 폴리올레핀 단독중합체 또는 공중합체, 및 (b) 완전히 가교결합되거나, 부분적으로 가교결합되거나 또는 가교결합되지 않은 올레핀계 고무, 및 임의로 (c) 통상적인 첨가제; (B)(a) 폴리올레핀 및/또는 (b) 통상적인 첨가제와 임의로 혼합된 (c) 스티렌/컨주게이팅된 디엔/스티렌의 블록-공중합체 및/또는 이의 수소화된 유도체; 및 (C)(A) 및 (B)의 혹종의 블렌드에서 선택된 열가소성 탄성중합체의 접착 특성을 개선시키기 위하여 사용되는 공중합체의 용도로서, 관능화된 폴리올레핀이 자신의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.3중량% 이상의 관능 그룹-형성 단량체를 함유할 경우 약 10∼90중량%의 관능화된 폴리올레핀과 약 90∼10중량%의 폴리마이드를 축합반응시켜 얻을 수 있는 공중합체의 용도.
- 동시-사출, 동시-압출, 동시-취입성형(사출 및 압출), 라미네이팅 및 압연, 사출 및 압축에 의한 오버몰딩 및 오버-압출과 같은 종래의 공정에 의한 성형품의 제조에 사용되는 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 열가소성 탄성중합 조성물의 용도.
- 하나 이상의 폴리아미드층 및 제1항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 하나 이상의 열가소성 탄성중합 조성물로 구성되는 다층 성형 제품.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
