Abstract

본 발명은 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체를 올레핀 탄성중합에 혼합시킴으로써 제공되는 광학적 반투명성을 지닌 열가소성 탄성중합체에 관한 것이다.
고무 성분은 최소한 부분적으로 경화되어 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. a)열가소성 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체 및 b)에틸렌 -α-올레핀 탄성중합체로 구성되며, 탄성중합체는 최소한 부분적으로 경화되어 있는 광학적 반투명 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,탄성중합체가 에틸렌-프로필렌-비공액 디엔 삼원 공중합체인 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체의 에틸렌함량이 최소한 약45wt%인 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 퍼옥사이드 경화제로 경화된 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리프로필렌 및 탄성중합체 100부당 약 10 내지 약 90부의 폴리프로필렌과 약 90 내지 약 10부의 탄성중합체로 구성되는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 동적 가황에 의해 완전경화된 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성형 또는 압출된 광학적 반투명 제품형태의 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, a)에틸렌-α-올레핀 탄성중합체와 경화제를 경화제가 혼합물내에 균일하게 분산될때까지 혼합하는 단계, b)단계 (a)의 혼합물을 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌과 블렌드하는 단계, 및 c)단계(b)의 블렌드를 약160내지 약 190℃의 온도에서 전단하에 혼련하여 탄성중합체를 최소한 부분적으로 경화시키는 단계로 구성되는 방법에 의해 제조된 조성물.
  10. a)약 25 내지 약 90wt%의 열가소성 신디오택틱 폴리프로필렌 단독중합체 및 b)에틸렌 함량이 약 65wt%이상인 약10내지 약75wt%의 탄성 EPDM 삼원 공중합체 고무로 구성되며, 고무는 퍼옥사이드 경화제가 존재하는 동적가황에 의해 최소한 부분적으로 경화되어 있는 광학적 반투명 조성물.
