Abstract
이 발명은 가교시켜 엘라스토머를 얻으며, 점도 1,000∼100,000mPa.e를 가지며 플라스틱 중공체(A)와 가교할 수 있는 오르가노실리콘화합물을 기재로 하는 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)
- 가교시켜 엘라스토머를 얻으며, 점도 1000∼100,000mPa.s를 기지며, 플라스틱 중공체(A)와 가교결합할 수 있는 오르가노실리콘화합물(B)를 기재로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 플라스틱 중공체(A)는 밀도 10-80kg/㎥과 입자크기 5∼200μm을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 가교시켜 엘라스토머를 얻는 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 성분(A)의 플라스틱중공체와 성분(B)의 가교결합할 수 있는 오르가노실리콘화합물을 혼합함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항의 조성물에 또는 청구범위 제3항의 방법에 의해 제조되는 성형품, 시일링체 또는 봉입주형 조성물.
- 청구범위 제4항의 성형품, 시일링체 또는 봉입주형 조성물의 제조방법에 있어서, 청구범위 제1항 또는 제2항 또는 청구범위 제3항의 조성물을 모울드에 주입시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
- 시일링체를 제조하는 청구범위 제5항의 제조방법에 있어서, 모울드로 그루브(groove)를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 성형품, 시일링체 또는 주입성형 조성물의 제조용으로 청구범위 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항의 사용.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
