Claims (4)

  1. 자유 이소시아네이트 그룹을 가지며 분자량이 100,000 내지 200,000인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지(1)과, 자유 활성 수소 그룹을 가지며 분자량이 30,000 내지 150,000인 격외된(off-grade) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지(2a); 및/또는 분자량이 30,000 내지 150,000인 열분괴된(degraded) 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지(2b)를, 성분(2)에 대한 성분(1)의 비 0.25:1 내지 5:1로 포함하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지의 물리적 혼합물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(2)에 대한 성분(1)의 비가 1:1 내지 5:1인 혼합물.
  3. 제1항의 혼합물을 열적으로 가공함으로써 제조된, 좁은 분자량 분포 범위 및 양호한 물리적 성질을 갖는 재생 고분자량 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지.
  4. 상당한 양의 자유 이소시아네이트 그룹을 가지며 분자량이 100,000 내지 200,000인 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지(1)고 자유활성 수소 그룹을 가지며 분자량이 30,000 내지 150,000이 격외된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지(2a); 및/또는 분자량이 30,000 내지 150,000인 열붕괴된 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지(2b)를 성분(2)에 대한 성분(1)의비 0.25 : 1내지 5 : 1로 포하하는 열가소성 폴리우레탄 수지의혼합물을 고분자량 성형품을 제조하기에 적합한 조건하에서 용융 및 성형시킴으로써, 용융 유동성이 보다 우수한 저분자량 수지를 사용하여 열적으로 가공된 고분자량 성형품을 제조하는 방법.
