Abstract

하기(A)로 정의되는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어지고, 구 환산 평균 입경이 0.7mm 이하, 부피 비중이 0.38 이상이고, 동시에 유하성이 20초/100㎖ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
(A) : 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무와 폴리올레핀계 수지를 함유하고, 250℃, 주파수 1 라디안/초의 조건으로 측정한 복소 동적 점도η*(1)가 1.5×105포이즈 이하이고, 동시에 η*(1) 및 250℃, 주파수 100 라디안/초의 조건으로 측정한 복소 동적 점도 η*(100)를 사용하여 하기식으로 산출되는 뉴톤 점성 지수가 0.67 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머.

Claims (4)

  1. 하기(A)로 정의되는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어지고, 구 환산 평균 입경이 0.7mm 이하, 부피 비중이 0.38 이상이고, 동시에 유하성이 20초/100㎖ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
    (A) : 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무와 폴리올레핀계 수지를 함유하고, 250℃, 주파수 1 라디안/초의 조건으로 측정한 복소 동적 점도η*(1)가 1.5×105포이즈 이하이고, 동시에 η*(1) 및 250℃, 주파수 100 라디안/초의 조건으로 측정한 복소 동적 점도 η*(100)를 사용하여 하기식으로 산출되는 뉴톤 점성 지수 n가 0.67 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머.

  2. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무가 가교된 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 분말.
  3. 하기(A)로 정의되는 열가소성 엘라스토머로 이루어지고, 구 환산 평균 입경이 0.7mm 이하, 부피 비중이 0.38 이상이고, 동시에 유하성이 20초/100㎖ 이하인 분말을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 분말 슬러시 성형방법.
    (A) : 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 공중합체 고무와 폴리올레핀계 수지를 함유하고, 250℃, 주파수 1 라디안/초의 조건으로 측정한 복소 동적 점도η*(1)가 1.5×105포이즈 이하이고, 동시에 η*(1) 및 250℃, 주파수 100 라디안/초의 조건으로 측정한 복소 동적 점도 η*(100)를 사용하여 하기식으로 산출되는 뉴톤 점성 지수가 0.67 이하인 열가소성 엘라스토머.
