Claims (12)

  1. 하기의 100중량부의 열가소성 탄성중합체 분말(A)와 30㎛ 이하의 평균 입자 직경을 갖는 0.05-20중량부의 미세분말을 포함하는 분말성형용 열가소성 탄성 중합체 분말 조성물 :
    (A) (i) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무와 폴리올레핀 수지로 된 조성물을 포함하는 열가소성 탄성중합체 분말 또는 (ii) 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무와 폴리올레핀 수지로된 부분 가교 조성물을 포함하는 열가소성 탄성중합체 분말, 상기의 열가소성 탄성중합체 분말은 1radian/초의 주파수와 250℃에서 측정된 1.5×105poise 이하의 복합 동적 점성 n*(1) 및 상기의 복합 동적 점성 n*(100)을 사용하여 하기의 식으로부터 계산된 0.67 이하의 뉴톤 점성지수 n ; n=(log n*(1)-log n*(100)/2를 갖는다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, 미세분말의 함량은 100중량부의 열가소성 탄성중합체 분말을 기준으로 0.1-8중량부임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, 미세분말의 함량은 100중량부의 열가소성 탄성중합체 분말을 기준으로 0.1-4중량부임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서, 미세분말의 평균 입자 직경은 0.01-10㎛임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서, 미세분말은 안료, 염화비닐 수지 및 산화알루미늄으로 된 기로부터 선택되는 적어도 한 개의 요소임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무는 에틸렌-프로필렌-에틸리딘-노르보르넨고무임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무는 130-350의 문니 점성 ML1+4(100℃)를 갖음을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무는 유전 올레핀 공중합체 고무임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  9. 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀 수지는 폴리프로필렌, 에틸렌과 프로필렌의 공중합체 또는 부텐과 프로필렌의 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  10. 제 1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무와 올레핀 수지의 비율은 중량비로 5 : 95-80 : 20임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  11. 제 1항에 따른 조성물이 이용되는 분말 성형 방법.
  12. 제 1항에 따른 조성물을 사용하여 제조된 성형물.
