Abstract

염화비닐계 수지 100중량부에 대하여, 복소 동적 점도 n*이, 12×105포이즈 이하인 폴리올레핀 10 내지 350중량부 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성 조성물.
본 발명의 접착성 조성물을 사용하면, 염화비닐계 수지층과 폴리올레핀츠의 밀착성이 우수한 다층 성형체가 얻어진다.

접착성 조성물, 그 접착성 조성물과 염화비닐계 수지 및 폴리올레핀으로 이루어진 다층 성형체, 및 그의 제조방법

Claims (18)

  1. 염화비닐계 수지(염화미닐계 수지(A)) 100중량부에 대하여, 복소 동적 점도 n*이, 12 ×105포이즈 이하인 폴리올레핀(폴리올레핀(A)) 10 내지 350중량부 함유한 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀계 열가소성 탄성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 염화비닐계 수지 100 중량부에 대하여, 열분해형 발포제를 20중량부 이하 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포성 접착성 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀이 폴리올레핀계 열가소성 탄성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 접착성 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어진 성형체.
  6. 제3항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어진 발포 성형체.
  7. 제1항에 기재된 접착성 조성물의 분말을 분말성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제5항에 기재된 성형체의 제조방법.
  8. 제3항에 기재된 접착성 조성물의 분말을 분말성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제6항에 기재된 성형체의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항의 조성물을 성형하여 수득한 접착층과 염화비닐계 수지층으로 이루어진 복합 성형체.
  10. 제3항의 조성물을 성형하여 수득한 접착층과 염화비닐계 수지층으로 이루어진 복합 성형체.
  11. 염화비닐계 수지분말(염화비닐계 수지(B))를 분말성형하여 염화비닐계 수지층으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제9항에 기재된 복합 성형체의 제조방법.
  12. 염화비닐계 수지분말(염화비닐계 수지(B))를 분말성형하여 염화비닐계 수지층으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제10항에 기재된 복합 성형체의 제조방법.
  13. 염화비닐계 수지분말을 분말슬러시 성형하여 염화비닐계 수지층으로 하고, 제1항 또는 제3항의 조성물을 분말 슬러시 성형하여 접착층으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제11항 또는 제12항에 기재된 복합성형치의 제조방법.
  14. 염화비닐계 수지층과, 제1항에 기재된 접착성 조성물로 이루어진 접착층과, 폴리올레핀층으로 이루어진 다층 성형체.
  15. 염화비닐계 수지층과, 제3항에 기재된 접착성 조성물로 이루어진 접착층과, 폴리올레핀층으로 이루어진 다층 성형체.
  16. 제1항 또는 제3항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어진 접착층과 염화비닐계 수지층을 포개어 합쳐서, 그 접착층 측에, 용융온도 이상으로 예열이 된 폴리올레핀 용융체를 배치한 다음, 가압하여 폴리올레핀층을 형성하고, 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제15항에 기재된 다층 성형체의 제조방법.
  17. 제1항 또는 제3항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어진 접착층과 염화비닐계 수지층으로 이루어진 복합 성형체의 접착층 측에, 용융온도 이상으로 예열된 폴리올레핀 용융체를 배치한 다음 가압하여 폴리올레핀층을 형성하고, 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제15항에 기재된 다층 성형체의 제조방법.
  18. 제1항 또는 제3항에 기재된 조성물로 이루어진 접착층과 염화비닐계 수지층으로 이루어진 복합 성형체를, 암수 금형 사이에 공급한 다음 그 접착층과 서로 마주보는 한쪽의 금형 사이에 용융온도 이상으로 예열이 된 폴리올레핀 용융체를 공급하여, 암수 금형을 형체하고, 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제15항에 기재된 다층 성형체의 제조방법.
