Abstract
열가소성수지에 조핵제 고융점중합체의 미세분말석유수지 테르펜수지 및 유기과산화물로된군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 첨가제를 첨가한 원료수지를 가열용융시켜서 수지막으로하고 얻어진 가열 용융수지막의 시이트 또는 필름(3)을 표면이 경면처리된 냉각로울(4)의 외주원주표면 또는 표면이 경면처리된 금속제무단벨트(5)의 외주원주표면에 접촉밀착시킨후 이동시키고 상기한 냉각로울(4)의 외주원주 표면과 금속제무단벨트(5)의 외부원주표면과의 사이에 삽입해서 압축접촉시키고 냉각시키는 열가소성수지시이트 또는 필름의 제조방법이다.
또 열가소성수지에 조핵제공융점중합체의 미세분말 석유수지테르펜수지 유기과산화물 및 결정성 폴리프로필렌계혼성중합체로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 첨가제를 첨가한 원료수지를 가열용융시켜서 수지막으로하고 얻어지 가열용융수지막의 시이트 또는 필름(33)을 표면이 경면처리된 냉각로울(34)와 표면이 경면처리된 금속제무단벨트(35)와의 중간에 도입하고 이어서 상기한 냉각로울(34)와 금속제무단벨트(35)와의 사이를 상기한 냉각로울(34)의 외부원주표면에 접촉시키면서 이동시킴과 동시에 냉각시키고 그 후 상기한 금속제무단벨트(35)의 내측으로부터 가압하고 상기한 냉각로울(34)의 접촉을 해제하고 금속제무단벨트(35)에 밀착시키면서 이동시킨후 박리시키는 열가소성수지시이트 또는 필름의 제조방법이다.
이렇게해서 제조된 비배향성 시이트 또는 필름은 표면광택이 우수하고 높은 표면 평활성을 갖고 또한 투명도가 양호하며 식품이나 의약품등의 포장에 아주 적당하다.

Claims (3)
- 열가소성수지에 조핵제 고융점중합체의 미세분말석유수지 테르펜수지 및 유기과산화물로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 첨가제를 첨가한 원료수지를 가열용융시켜서 수지막으로하고, 얻어진 가열용융수지막의 시이트 또는 필름(3)을 표면애 경면처리된 냉각로울(4)의 외주원주표면 또는 표면이 경면처리된 금속제무단벨트(5)의 외주원주표면에 접촉밀착시킨후 이동시키고 상기한 냉각로울(4)의 외주원주 표면과 금속제무단벨트(5)의 외부원주표면과의 사이에 삽입해서 압축접촉시키고 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성수지시이트 또는 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 열가소성수지 시이트 또는 필름(3)을 1Kg/㎠ 이상의 압력으로 압축접축시키는 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성수지시이트 또는 필름의 제조방법.
- 열가소성수지에 조핵제 고융점중합체의 미세분말 석유수지, 테프펜수지, 유기과산화물 및 결정성 폴리프로필렌계혼성중합체로 된 군에서 선택된 1종 또는 2종이상의 첨가제를 첨가한 원료수지를 가열 용융시켜서 수지막으로하고 얻어진 가열용융수지막의 시이트 또는 필름(33)을 표면이 경면처리된 냉각로울(34)와 표면이 경면처리된 금속제 무단벨트(35)와의 중간에 도입하고 이어서 상기한 냉각로울(34)와 금속제무단벨트(35)와의 사이를 상기한 냉각로울(34)의 외부원주표면에 접촉시키면서 이동시킴과 동시에 냉각시키고 그 후 상기한 금속제무단벨트(35)의 내측으로 부터 가압하고 상기한 냉각로울(34)의 접촉을 해제하고, 금속제무단벨트(35)에 밀착시키면서 이동시킨후 박리시키는 것을 특징으로하는 열가소성수지시이트 또는 필름 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
