Claims (14)

  1. 합성수지로 되는 골재성형체의 표면에 표피층을 적층시킨 성형체이며, 상기 표피층은 ① 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 중합체 고무로 되는 열가소성 에라스토머제의 외층과, ② 합성수지의 유연성 발포체로 되는 중간발포층과, ③ 상기 골재성형체와 상기 중간발포층과의 사이에 끼워있는 보호필름층으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층성형체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외층을 형성하는 열가소성에라스토머가 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 중합체 고무의 부분가교물을 90/10∼10/90의 중량비로 한 브랜드체로 된 적층성형체.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 수지로서 저밀도 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로피리렌을 10/90∼70/30의 중량비로 혼합시킨 수지를 사용한 적층성형체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 부분가교 되어야 하는 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 중합체 고무로서 에틸렌과 α-올레핀이 50/50∼90/10몰비로 또, 뮤우니 점도 ML1+4(121℃)가 약 20이상것을 사용한 적층성형체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외층의 표면에 앰보스가공이 되어 있는 적층성형체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 골재성형체가 합성수지의 발포체인 적층성형체.
  7. ① 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 중합체 고무로 되는 열가소성 에라스토머제의 외층과 ② 합성수지의 유연성 발포체로 되는 중간 발포층과 ③ 보호필름층을 적층시켜 형성된 복합쉬트 또는 필름을 예비 가열시킨 후에 상기 외층을 금형의 공동 내벽면측으로하여 복합쉬트 또는 필름을 그 공동내벽면에 흡입밀착시켜서 형체결을 하고 공동내에 유동가소화 상태에 있는 합성수지를 사출충전시켜 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층성형체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 복합쉬트 또는 필름을 공동내벽면에 흡입밀착시켜서 진공성형시키는 금형과 진공성형된 예비성형품을 공동내에 장착시켜 형체결시키는 성형용 금형과는 서로 별개의 것이며, 진공성형된 상기 예비성형품을 성형용 금형에 장착시킨 후에 형체결을 하고 그 공동내에 유동가소화 상태에 있는 합성수지를 사출충전시켜 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층성형체의 제조방법.
  9. ① 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 중합체 고무로 되는 열가소성 에라스토머제의 외층과 ② 합성수지의 유연성 발포체로 되는 중간발포층과 ③ 보호필름층이 적층되어 형성된 복합쉬트 또는 필름을 예비 가열시킨 후에 상기 외층을 금형의 공동내벽면측으로 하여 복합쉬트 또는 필름을 그 공동내벽면에 흡입밀착시킨 후에 그 복합 쉬트 또는 필름이 밀착된 공동내에 유동가소화상태에 있는 합성수지를 유입시키고 그후에 형체결을 하여 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층성형체의 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 복합쉬트 또는 필름을 공동내벽면에 흡인밀착시켜 진공성형시키는 금형과 진공 성형된 상기 복합 쉬트 또는 필름제의 예비성형품을 공동내에 장착시켜 형체결을 하는 성형용 금형과는 서로 별개의 것이며, 진공성형된 상기 예비성형품을 성형용 금형에 장착시켜 그 공동내에 유동가소화 상태에 있는 합성수지를 유입시키고 그후에 형체결을 하여 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층성형체의 제조방법.
  11. 제7 또는 9항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 에라스토머제의 필름 또는 쉬트를 압출기로 압출성형시키고 압출된 용융상태에 있는 필름 또는 쉬트상 열가소성 에라스토머제를 별도로 압출성형시킨 유연성 발포체 쉬트에 겹쳐서 한쌍의 롤로 인취하여 2층쉬트를 성형시킨 다음에 상기 보호필름을 압출성형시켜 이 필름을 상기 2층쉬트의 발포쉬트측에 겹쳐서 한쌍의 롤로 인취하여 상기 복합쉬트를 제조하는 적층성형체의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 한쌍의 롤의 한쪽을 가열된 앰보스가공용 롤로 하고, 다른쪽을 가열되지 않은 통상의 롤로하여 외층의 표면측을 앰보스가공용 롤측에 접촉시키도록 한 적층성형체의 제조방법.
  13. 합성수지로 된 골재성형체의 표면에 폴리올레핀계 수지와 에틸렌·α-올레핀계 중합체 고무로 되는 열가소성 에라스토머제의 표피층을 적층시켜 되는 적층성형체의 제조방법으로 상기 열가소성 에라스토머제의 쉬트 또는 필름을 예비 가열시킨 후에 금형의 공동내벽면에 흡인밀착시킨 후에 형체결을 하여 공동내에 유동가소화 상태에 있는 합성수지를 사출충전시켜 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층성형체의 제조방법.
  14. 합성수지로 되는 골재성형체의 표면에 폴리올레핀계수지와 에틸렌=α-올레핀계 중합체 고무로 되는 열가소성 에라스토머제의 표피층을 적층시켜 되는 적층성형체의 제조방법으로 상기 열가소성 에라스토머제의 쉬트 또는 필름을 에바가열시킨 후에 금형의 공동내벽면에 흡입밀착시키고 나서 이 쉬트 또는 필름이 밀착된 공동내에 유동가소화 상태에 있는 합성수지를 유입시키고 그 후에 형체결시켜 성형시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층성형체의 제조방법.
