Abstract

에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 및 폴리올레핀 수지를 함유하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 및 그의 가교물을 함유하며, 구환산 평균 입경이 0.7㎜ 이상이고, 1.2㎜이하이며, 겉보기 비중이 0.38 이상인 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말,
본 발명에 따라, 분말성형법에 의해 핀홀과 흠집이 생기지 않는 복잡한 형태의 성형품을 제조할 수 있는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말이 제공된다.

Claims (14)

  1. 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 및 폴리올레핀 수지를 함유한 조성물과 이 조성물의 가교물로 구성된군에서 선택된 열가소성 엘라스토머(A)를 함유하며, 구환산 평균 입경이 0.7㎜ 이상이고 1.20㎜ 이하이며, 곁보기 비중이 0.38 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말 .
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머가, 5×104포이즈 이하의 하기 수학식(1)에 따라 계산된 복소동적점도 η (1)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 역가소성 엘라스토머 분말 :
    (식에서, G′ (ω)와 G″(ω)는 250℃에서 ω라디안/초의 주파수에서 각각 측정한 저장 강성율 및 손실 강성율이다).
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머가 0.28 이하의 뉴톤점성지수를 가지며, 뉴톤점성지수는 하기 수학식 (2)에 따라 계산되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열사소성 엘라스토머 분말 :

  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말이 5×104포이즈 이하의η*(1)를 가지며, 그의 뉴톤점성지수n이 0.28 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분발.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 고무 대 폴리올레핀 수지의 중량비가 5/95 내지 80/20인 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체와 폴리올레핀 수지의 적어도 하나가 그 분자 내부 및/또는 분자 간에 가교된 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말이 용매-처리법, 스트랜드-절단법 및 다이-면 절단법으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 방법에 따라 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말이 발포제를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말.
  9. 제1항의 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말을 성형함으로서 수득된 성형품.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성형품이 분말 성형법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 성형품이 분말 슬러시 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 성형품이 발포 슬러시 성형품인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
  13. 제1항의 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 분말을 성형함으로써 제조된 한층 이상을 갖는 다층 적층품.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 다층 적층품이 중심층의 열가소성 수지를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다층 적층품.
