제2도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 라미네이트 사이트(Laminate sheet)를 따라 제조하는 장치를 예시하는 횡단면도이며,
제3도는 슬리브의 투시도이고.
Claims (13)
- 수축성이 보다 강한 발포 폴리스티렌 필름과 수축성이 보다 약한 비발포 폴리스티렌 필름으로 형성되고; 보다 두꺼운 발포 필름의 표면이 슬리브의 내측에 면하도록 라미네이트 시이트의 유동방향 단부들이함께 봉함되며; 라미네이트 시이트의 유동방향 수축율이 60%이하이고, 나비방향 수축율이 10% 이하이며, 유동방향 수축율이 나비방향 수축율보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 라미네이트 시이트로 구성되는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비발포 필름이 또한 30중량% 미만의 고무를 함유하는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비발포 필름이 또한 5%이하 티탄백을 함유하는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비발포 필름이 또한 폴리스티렌 수지 중량에 대하여 0.03 내지 6.0중량% 양으로 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 함유하는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 비발포 필름이 또한 10%이상의 폴리올레핀 수지를 함유하는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 폴리스티렌 필름이 또한 0.5 내지 25중량% 양의 고무를 함유하는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 발포 필름과 비발포 필름중 적어도 하나가 0.01 내지 3중량%의 용해도 지수 8 내지 11.0인 가소제 함유하는 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층 시이트를 이의 두께방향으로 3 내지 30% 압축시킨 슬리브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적층 시이트의 신도가 13mm이상이고 세로방향 인장강도가 1.5 내지 7kg인 슬리브.
- 발포 폴리스티렌 필름과 비발포 폴리스티렌 필름을 동시에 압출시켜 적층 시이트를 형성시키고 ;비발포필름에 적층된 발포필름의 반대측 면상에 표피츹 중점제를 갖고있는 발포필름의 수축율이 비발포필름의 수축율보다 크도록 비발포필름보다 발포필름을 보다 속히 냉각시킨 다음; 유동방향 수축율이 나비방향 수축율보다 크고 ., 유동방향 수축율이 60%이하이며, 나비방향 수축율이 10%이하가 되도록 라미네이트시이트의 유동 및 나비방향에 대하여 서로 상이한 수축율로 라미네이트 시이트를 연산시킴을 특징으로 하는 슬리브 성형용 시이트의 제조방법.
- 비발포 필름에 적층된 발포 필름의 반대측에 두꺼운 표피층을 갖고 있는 수축성이 보다 강한 발포 폴리스티렌 필름과, 수축성이 보다 약한 비발포 폴리스티렌 필름으로 형성되고 : 라미네이트시이트의 유동방향 수축율이 60%이하이고, 나비방향 수축율이 10%이하이며, 유동방향 수축율이 나비방향 수축율보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 적층물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 슬러브로 둘러싸이는 병을 만들기 위하여 시이트의 유동방향 단부들이 함께 결속되는 유리병에 사용하기위한 라미네이트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 시이트가 가열수축에 의해 병에 부착되는 라미네이트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
