Claims (26)
- 기포질 코어; 및 상기 코어의 면에 인접하게 배치되고, 거기에 열 결합된 열가소성 플라스틱 복합재료층으로 구성되는 복합재료 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 벌집 모양 형상을 가지는 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 알루미늄인 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 폴리아라미드 물질로 만들어지는 구조.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 고강도, 고온-내성 아라미드 구조인 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 복합재료층이 섬유 강화 폴리아릴렌 설피드 물질로 구성되는 구조.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 플라스틱이 폴리페닐렌 설피드인 구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 복합재료층과 상기 코어 사이에 배치된 열가소성 플라스틱 필름을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 필름이 폴리아릴렌 설피드 물질로 구성되는 구조.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 물질이 폴리페닐렌 설피드인 구조.
- 열가소성 플라스틱 수지로 구성되고, 하기 수단에 열적으로 결합된, 한쌍의 실질적으로 절취선이 없는 시트; 및 다수의 구획을 형성시키기 위한, 상기 시트사이에 배치된 수단으로 구성되는 복합재료 구조.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 다수의 구획을 형성시키기 위한 상기 수단이 벌집모양 코어에 의해 특징지워지는 구조.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 금속인 구조.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 폴리아라미드 물질로 만들어지는 구조.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 폴리아릴렌 설피드인 구조.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 수지가 강화된 섬유인 구조.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 열가소성 플라스틱 수지로 구성되고, 다수의 구획을 형성시키기 위한 상기 수단과 각각의 상기 시트 사이에 배치된 필름층을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 구조.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 상기 필름 내 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 수지가 폴리페닐렌 설피드인 구조.
- 하기 단계로 구성되는 기포질 샌드위치 구조의 형성방법; 기포질 코어부분을 제공하고; 상기 코어 부분의 반대면에 인접한 강화 열가소성 플라스틱 시트를 놓으며; 및 상기 코어부분에 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 시트를 열적으로 결합시키기 위해 열을 적용한다.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 열 적용 단계 이전에, 적어도 하나의 상기 열가소성 플라스틱 시트와 상기 코어 부분사이에 열가소성 플라스틱 필름층을 놓는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 설피드인 상기 필름 및 상기 시트내 상기 열가소성 플라스틱을 제공함을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 20 항에 있어서, 상기 코어 부분의 실질적으로 연속적인 형태로 제공되고; 필름의 상기 층이 상기 코어 부분상에 실질적으로 연속으로 제공되는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 열적으로 결합시키기 위한 상기 열 적용 단계동안, 상기 시트에 압력을 적용하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 19 항에 있어서, 상기 코어가 벌집 모양 구조 형태로 제공되는 방법.
