제1도 내지 제3도는 본 발명의 방법의 여러 단계에서의 장치의 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 동적 점탄성 측정시에, 200℃와 진동 각속도 100rad/sec에서 복소 점도(η*)이 1.0×104~5.0×104포이즈이며 진동 각속도 50~200rad/sec인 범위에서 뉴톤 점성 지수(n)이 0.6~0.8인 올레핀계 열가소성 엘라스토머로 구성되어 있으며 열가소성 수지체의 표면에 적층되어 있는 표피재와 열가소성 수지체로 구성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 적층 성형체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 복소 점도가 1.0×104~5.0×104포이즈인 적층성형제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 뉴톤 점성 지수가 0.65~0.75인 적층 성형체.
  4. 동적 점탄성 측정시 200℃와 진동 각속도 100rad/sec에서 복소 점도(η*)이 1.0×104~5.0×104포이즈이며 진동 각속도 50~200rad/sec인 범위에서 뉴톤 점성 지수(n)이 0.6~0.8인 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머로 구성되어 있는 표피재를 닫혀지지 않은 암수 금형 사이에 놓고, 이 표피재와 암 또는 수 금형사이에 열가소성 용융수지를 제공하고, 이 암수 금형을 닫아 표피재와 열가소성 수지를 완전히 일체화하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층 성형체의 제조방법.
