Abstract

다층 성형품 제조방법으로서, (1) 표피물질을 예형하고, (2) 표피물질 형성 암 도는 수 금형에 지지된 표피 물질을 성형장치로 이송하고, 성형 암 또는 수금형에 그것을 접합시키고, (3) 코어층용의 용융상태의 수지를 공급하고, 금형을 냉각시켜서 다층 성형품을 성형하고, (4) 성형금형을 열고, 다층 성형품을 제거하는 단계로 구성되고, 표피물질 형성장치와 각각 이와 동일 형상을 가진 암 수 금형을 가지는 성형장치를 사용하는 다층 성형품의 제조방법. 간단한 방법에 의하여, 표피물질이 정확하게 배치되고, 3차원의 깊게 파여지고 복잡한 형상을 가진 다층 성형품이 표피물질의 손상없이 좋은 외형을 가지며 성형된다.

제1도는 본 발명 방법에 사용되는 장치의 하나의 실시예를 나타낸다. 제2도는 본 발명 방법에서 표피물질을 예형하는 단계를 나타낸다.

Claims (4)

  1. 코어수지층과 그 코어수지층위에 적층된 표피물질로 구성된 다층 성형품의 제조방법에 있어서, (1) 표피물질 형성 금형에 의해 표피물질을 예형하고, 그 예형된 표피물질을 표피물질 형성 수 또는 암금형의 금형표면위에 지지시키는 단계, (2) 표피물질을 수반하는 표피물질 형성 금형을 성형 금형으로 이송하고, 표피물질 형성금형을 상기 표피물질 형성금형에 일치하는 성형 금형에 접합시키는 단계, (3) 표피물질 형성 금형에서 표피물질을 분리하고, 표피물질을 성형금형의 표면에 이송하고, 거기에 그것을 부착하는 단계, (4) 표피물질 형성 금형을 성형금형에서 분리하고, 표피물질 형성 금형을 표피물질 형성 장치에 복귀시키는 단계, (5) 표피물질이 부착된 성형금형과 성형금형의 다른쪽 사이의 공간에 용융상태의 수지를 공급하고, 성형 금형을 프레스하고, 성형금형을 냉각하여 다층 성형품을 성형하는 단계, (6) 성형금형을 열고, 다층 성형품을 제거하는 단계로 구성되고 한쌍의 표피물질 형성 암 수 금형을 가지는 표피물질 형성 장치와 실질적으로 표피물질을 형성 금형과 동일한 형상을 가지고 한쌍의 성형 암 수 금형을 가지는 성형장치를 사용하는 다층 성형품의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 예열 후의 표피물질이 예형되는 다층 성형품의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 예열 후의 표피물질이 마무리되는 다층 성형품의 제조방법.
