Claims (4)

  1. 용융수지가 충전된 캐비티 내의 형표면의 적어도 일부가, 열전도율이 0.05cal/cmㆍsecㆍ℃이하이고, 0.1um 이상 50um 이하의 박막으로 코팅처리 되어 잇는 열가소성 수지 성형용 금형.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 박막이 금속산화물, 규소산화물, 규소제복합산호물 또는 플라스틱인 열가소성 수지 성형용 금형.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 박막이 캐비티 사이드에 설치되어 있는 열가소성 수지 성형용 금형.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 박막이 캐비티 사이드 및 코아사이드 양측에 설치되어 있는 열가소성 수지 성형용 금형.
