Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture a deep molding, such as a dish, a glass, etc., whose surface is painted, continuously by a method wherein a transcribing foil is closely stuck on an inner circumferential surface of a receiving mold, resin is injected and molded, and only a transcribing layer is transcribed and attached on the inner and outer surfaces of the resin molding when the resin is removed from the mold. CONSTITUTION:When a foil 1 is preheated and advances in a molding metal mold, an outer frame 14 falls and fixed the foil 1 at a fixed location with a receiving mold 7, a hot wind is injected from a pin-hole 11 of an injecting mold 8, and sucked from a hole a and grooves b of the receiving mold 7, and the foil 1 is curved and closely stuck on an inwall surface of the receiving mold 7. The injecting mold 8 is let fall, the pin-hole 11 is sealed by means of a pin 12, resin is injected from a gate 10, a molding 16 is formed, and extracted, the foil 1 is exfoliated from the molding 16, adhesives, a printing layer, a top coat, etc. laminated on a base film of the foil 1 are transcribed and attached on an inner surface and/or an outer surface of the molding, and the molding is obtained which a fine picture is drawn on the surface.
