Abstract

PURPOSE:To cause the printed pattern of a decorated sheet to synchronize exactly with the unevenness on a molded product by a method in which at the preliminarily molding of the decorated sheet for a mold, the decorated sheet is uniformly heated and the heated sheet is set in the mold as it is without transferring said sheet. CONSTITUTION:When the mark 21 of the decorated sheet 14 transferred onto a female mold 2 is detected by a sensor 22, the motor 18 driving a wind-up roller 16 is stopped by a controlling device, and the decorated sheet 14 is kept on the female mold 2. The decorated sheet 14 is clamped by a frame member 23, and a radiation heater 25 is moved onto the decorated sheet, operating a cylinder 24, whereby the decorated sheet 14 is softened. Next, the softened sheet 14 is adsorbed on the cavity surface of the female mold 2 by vacuum suction from the air hole of the female mold 2, and preliminarily molding is carried out. After the preliminarily molding has been finished, a male mold is lowered and combined with the female mold 2. Simultaneously, when molten resin is injected into the cavity of the mold from an injection cylinder 13, the decorated sheet 14 adhers by itself to the injected resin in the cavity or the ink of the decorated sheet is transferred onto the injected resin.

The method shown in No. 48760 cannot be applied to objects with deep rises, and the method shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-open No. 56-2148, which was cut, heats a printed sheet (printing film) outside the female mold to soften it. Although we try to move the sheet to the softened female mold, it is difficult to move the painted sheet due to sheet drop-down (deflection due to softening).

When using a tub-type injection molding machine, the painted sheet is placed vertically facing both molds, so when using a double-injection heater such as an infrared heater, the temperature difference between the top and bottom of the sheet increases due to convection. There is a problem that uniform preforming cannot be performed.

First, the mark 2 on the painted sheet 14 conveyed over the female mold 2
1 is detected by the sensor 22, the motor 18 that drives the take-up roller 16 is stopped by the control device, and the illustrated sheet 14 is held on the female mold 2. In this case, the motor 17 that drives the delivery row 215 has a torque for controlling the tension at a constant level. Occur. Thereafter, the frame member 23 is used to wrap the decorative sheet 14 so that the female mold 2 is hermetically sealed. Then, the cylinder 24 is turned on to move the double-shot heater 25 onto the illustrated sheet 14, and the illustrated sheet 14 is softened.

In this way, after injection molding between the molds, it is held for a predetermined time,
Next, raise the male size by 10. Then the molded product is male mold 1
Since it rises with zero, it is ejected from the male mold with an ejector turbine. Thereafter, a molded product is punched out from the painted sheet 14 using a mold blade to obtain a product 26 as shown in FIG. The design of the convertible sheet 14 matches the uneven portion 27 or the character 28 of the product 26.

As the example illustrated sheet, N was applied to the back side of the ABS500μ sheet.
The acrylic resin containing 1 powder or 70 or more Cu powder was coated with 30 to 50 microns using a roll coater, and patterns and marks were printed at equal pitches on the surface by gravure printing. Then, the painted sheet is placed between the feeding roller and take-up roller of the painting device related to Kanemoto Kabutomei, wound up by 1 pitch, and painted using the same hand and face as described above.

As explained above, according to the present invention, a pattern is printed at a predetermined pitch on a 1ηj standard mold such as a female mold of a vertical injection molding machine, and the patterned sheet is supplied for each lap pitch, and the patterned sheet is heated and softened. , the softened painted sheet) k is vacuum preformed into a fixed mold, and in this state, the mold is narrowed and injection molded, so even if the decorated sheet is rolled during preforming, it can be accurately preformed, and injection molded butter can be It is possible to precisely synchronize the pattern with the 4ζ ship sheet. In addition, since it is applied to a vertical injection molding machine, it is possible to decorate even if the surface area of the decorative sheet is large and heavy, and marks can still be displayed on the decorative sheet by foot pitches, and these marks can be detected by a detector. If the painted sheet is stopped at a predetermined position, the painting can be done continuously using the umezukuri car, and the blowing can be done using the vacuum vent formed in the fixed mold. By doing so, many effects can be achieved, including the ability to accurately paint even deep-drawn molded products.

[Claims] A male mold with an injection hole for molten fat is arranged so as to be movable in the vertical direction relative to a female mold having ventilation holes for vacuuming and blowing painted sheets. After the painted sheet tray is intermittently moved approximately horizontally and the painted sheet is spread at a predetermined position on the omnipotent mold, the painted sheet is heated and softened on the female mold, and the painted sheet is softened in the female mold. is vacuumed and the painted sheet is dazzled on the female molding surface for preforming.
A method of painting by orthopedic injection molding, characterized in that the male mold is then placed over the female mold, and then molten resin is sprouted from the injection hole. a) Form a positioning mark at a predetermined position on the marking sheet, detect this mark with a sensor installed in the marking device, and set the marking sheet so that the pattern is placed at the specified position on the female die. 2. The method for painting a large injection molding according to claim 1, wherein the feeding is controlled. 3. A female mold with ventilation holes for vacuuming and painting sheet blowing, a male mold that can be moved vertically relative to the female mold and has an injection hole for molten resin, and a combination of these female and male molds. In between, there is a painted sheet feeding device which intermittently feeds the painted sheet in a horizontal state, and the above-mentioned painted sheet 7il - between the upper surface of the female mold and a position evacuated from thereto in order to vacuum pre-form it on the female mold and soften it to a solid state. A clay-shaped injection molding device comprising a movable heating device. 4. The frame injection molding f'P/painting apparatus according to claim 3, wherein the straight type is equipped with a vacuum/blow switching valve for blowing from a vent hole. 5. The vertical injection molding decorating apparatus according to claim 3 or 4, wherein the overpainting sheet feeding device comprises a feeding roller and a take-up roller for the painting sheet. 6. Marks are displayed at regular intervals on the illustrated sheet,
A fifth aspect of the present invention is characterized in that a sensor is provided in the painting device and generates a signal for controlling a motor that drives the feeding roller and the winding roller by displaying the mark t@. The vertical injection molding device described in Section 1.
