【特許請求の範囲】 1、雄型と雌型間に連続した熱可塑性シートラ送り込ん
で型締めし、次いで型内に溶融樹脂等を射出することに
より、成形と同時に絵付を行彦うようにした射出成形同
時絵付装置において、前記雌型のキャビティ表面に高周
波エンボス装置を組込むとともに前記雄型に射出装置を
組込み、前記シーtfシート送シ装置によって挾持しつ
つ雄型と雌型間に送り込み、このシート送り装置はシリ
ンダ等の駆動部材によってシートを把持する位置と、雌
型上にシー1送り込む位置間において往復動可能とされ
るとともに、シートを吸着するシート吸着装置および吸
着されたシートラ加熱するシート加熱装置を有すること
を%徴とする射出成形同時絵付装置。 λ前記熱可塑性シートには絵柄の他に位置決め用のマー
クが設けられ、このマークを前記シート送り装置に取付
けられたセンサーにより検知して絵柄に対するシートの
所定位置をシート送り装置が把持してシート會雌型上に
送シ込むことを特徴とする特許請求の範囲第1項記載の
