Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1、射出成形前に雌型の成形面に絵付シートを真空付着
させた後、この雌型と雄型とを組合わせて溶融樹脂を雄
型側から射出することにより前記絵付シートと射出樹脂
とを一体化させる絵付用射出成形金型装置において、前
記絵付シートが雌型の間口部を稼いつつ走行するよう設
置された絵付シートの巻出し及び巻取90−ルと、前記
絵付シートの絵柄の一ピッチ分だけシートの上流イ則か
ら雌型上まで移動可能でるり、通気孔を有する加熱板と
、この加熱板と共に絵付シートを挾持して加熱板と共に
移動する枠部材と、前記加熱板と枠部材を一体的に絵付
シートの走行方向およびこれに直角な方向に移動せしめ
るための移動装置にと、前記加熱板と枠部材とを一体に
絵柄の一ピッチ分だけ往復動させる振込装置と、前記加
熱板あるいは枠部材の少なくとも一方に取付けられ、前
記絵付シートに予め絵柄のピッチ毎に形成された絵付シ
ートの走行方向およびこれに直角な方向の位置決め用マ
ークを読み取るだめの検出器とを有し、前犯移vJ装置
の作動によりこの検出器が前記両方向の位置決め用マー
クを読み取ると、この読取信号によシ前記移動装置が停
止し、この位置で前ヨ己加熱板と枠部材が絵付シートを
クランプし、このクランプ後に前記加熱板と枠部材は基
準位置に戻り、次いで加熱板と枠部材は前記搬送装置の
作用により両金型間に送シ込まれることを9・デ徴とす
