Abstract

열가소성 수지 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어지며 상기 수지 또는 조성무리 주파수가 1radian/sec에서 동적 점탄성 측정에 있어서, 170℃분위기 온도에서 측정한 복합동적점도 n*(170℃)가 1.5×105poise이하이고, 250℃분위기 온도에서 측정한 복합동적점도 n*(250℃)가 5.0×104poise이하이며, 다음식
K=n*(170℃)/n*(250℃)
으로 계산된 온도 평균 점도지수 K가 10이하인 분말 성형용 저온도 성형가능한 분말.

분말 성형용 저온 성형 가능한 분말 및 이를 사용한 분말성형 방법과 그 성형품

Claims (15)

  1. 열가소성 수지 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물로 이루어지며 상기 수지 또는 조성물이 주파수가 1 radian/sec에서 동적 점탄성 측정에 있어서, 170℃분위기 온도에서 측정한 복합동적점도 n*(170℃)가 1.5×105poise이하이고, 250℃분위기 온도에서 측정한 복합동적점도 n*(250℃)가 5.0×104poise이하이며, 다음식
  2. K=n*(170℃)/n*(250℃)
  3. 으로 계산된 온도평균 점도지수 K가 10이하인 분말 성형용 저온도 성형가능한 분말.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀 수지인 분말.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물이 올레핀 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물인 분말.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분말 성형이 분말 슬러쉬 성형인 분말.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 저온도 성형의 성형온도가 210℃이하인 분말.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 분말이 열가소성수지 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머 조성물 100중량부와 메틸플리실록산 화합몰 2중량부로 이루어지는 분말.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 메틸폴리실록산 화합물이 디메틸롤리실록산인 분말.
  10. 제1항의 분말을 사용한 분말 성형방법.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, 분말 성형방법이 분말슬러쉬 성형방법인 분말 성형방법.
  12. 제8항에 있어서, 저온도 성형의 성형온도가 210℃이하인 분말 성형방법.
  13. 제1항의 분말을 분말성형으로 제조하여 얻어진 성형품.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 분말 성형이 분말슬러쉬 성형인 성형품.
