Abstract

Procedimiento para la producción de una mezcla elastómera heterogénea con morfología estabilizada, caracterizado porque comprende las etapas de: (a) mezclar al menos dos componentes elastoméricos para formar la mezcla heterogénea, seleccionados del grupo consistente en un dieno conjugado de 4 a 12 átomos de carbono, caucho natural, polipentenámero, elastómeros poliolefínicos clorados de 2 a 8 átomos de carbono, un terpolímero de etileno-propileno, un polisiloxano, caucho nitrilo, un copolímero de butadieno-acrílico, polietileno clorosulfonado, un copolímero de butadieno-vinil piridina, un fosfazeno sustituido, un poliéster alifático que prácticamente no es cristalino y tiene de 6 a 12 átomos de carbono, un copolímero butílico que contiene grupos con insaturación, un copolímero de butadieno-estireno y un polímero de componentes múltiples preparado a partir de un dieno conjugado que tiene de 4 a 12 átomos de carbono y de monómeros elegidos del grupo consistente en un monómero vinílico aromático de 8 a 15 átomos de carbono, acrilonitrilo y una olefina de 2 a 8 átomos de carbono; y (b) irradiar la mezcla heterogénea hasta un punto por debajo o ligeramente por encima de la dosis de gelificación de la mezcla, al objeto de mejorar la estabilidad morfológica de dicha mezcla.
