Abstract

본 발명은 향상된 탄성회복률(%)을 갖는, 폴리(에테르 이미드 에스테르) 공중합체 또는 폴리(에테르-에스테르-아미드) 블록 공중합체와 에폭시 작용성화된 EPDM 고무와의 가황된 블랜드를 제공한다. 폴리(에테르이미드 에스테르) 공중합체 또는 폴리(에테르-에스테르-아미드) 공중합체와 에폭시 작용성화된 EPDM 고무와의 사용화된 블랜드의 가황은 유기 디아민과 같은 가교결합제를 사용하여 수행할 수 있다.

Claims (12)

  1. (A) 유기 폴리아민, 유기 폴리산, 유기 폴리에스테르, 유기 폴리무수물, 유기 설파이드 및 이들의 전구체로 이루어진 부류중에서 선택된 효과량의 가교결합체, 및 (B) (ⅰ) 탄소원자 1000개당 약 2내지 약 16개의 에폭시그룹으로 작용성화되고, EPDM 고무상에 그라프트된 0.1 내지 20중량%의 에폭시-함유 그라프트화 물질을 함유하는 EPDM 고무 약 1 내지 99중량%, 바람직하게는 30 내지 70중량%, 및 (ⅱ) 폴리(에테르이미드 에스테르) 공중합체 및 폴리(에테르-에스테르-아미드) 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 부류중에서 선택된 물질 약 99내지 약 1중량%, 바람직하게는 70내지 30중량%를 포함하는 용융 압축된 혼합물을 포함하는 블랜드를 용융 압출시켜 수득한 생성물인, 적어도 50%의 탄성회복률(%)을 갖는 열가소성 탄성중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(에테르이미드 에스테르) 공중합체가 1,4-부탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올 또는 -하이드로-하이드록시(폴리(옥시-1,4-부탄디올))과의 1,4-벤젠카복실산, 디메틸에스테르 중합체인 열가소성 탄성중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리(에테르-에스테르-아미드) 블록 공중합체가 사용된 열가소성 탄성중합체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 유기 디아민인 열가소성 탄성중합체.
  5. 폴리(에테르이미드 에스테르) 공중합체 및 폴리(에테르-에스테르-아미드) 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 부류중에서 선택된 폴리에테르 공중합체 및 에폭시 작용성화된 EPDM 고무의 상용화된 블랜드; 및 유기 폴리아민, 유기 폴리산, 유기 폴리에스테르, 유기 폴리무수물, 유기 폴리설파이드 및 이들의 전구체로 이루어진 부류중에서 선택된 효과량의 가교결합제의 혼합물을 압출시킴을 포함하는 열가소성 탄성중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(에테르이미드 에스테르)공중합체가 1,4-부탄디올, 1,6-헥산디올 또는 -하이드로-하이드록시(폴리(옥시-1,4-부탄디올))과의 1,4-벤젠카복실산, 디메틸에스테르 중합체인 방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 폴리(에테르-에스테르-아미드) 블록 공중합체가 사용된 방법.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 작용성화된 EPDM 고무가 글리시딜 메타크릴레이트 작용성화된 EPDM 고무인 방법.
  9. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 유기 디아민인 방법.
  10. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 유기 디아민 전구체인 방법.
  11. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 가교결합제가 1,6-헥산 디아민인 방법.
