Abstract

본 발명의 커피 팩 및 커피 생성물의 포장 방법에 관한 것이다. 커피 팩은 구획 사이에 작은 전달 홀 및 채널을 갖는 분리된 커피 및 방향 구획으로 이루어진 용기를 포함한다. 미립자화된 일정량의 커피 생성물. 바람직하게는 가용성 커피가 커피 구획에 배치되고, 방향성 휘발 물질을 포함하는 일정량의 커피 방향액, 바람직하게는 가용성 커피가 커피 구획에 배치되고, 방향성 휘발 물질을 포함하는 일정량의 커피 방향액, 바람직하게는 커피유가 방향 구획에 배치된다. 구획 사이의 전달 홀 또는 채널은 커피 생성물 및 커피 방향액 사이의 커피 구획에서 혼합되지 않거나 적어도 실질적으로 혼합되지 않으면서 방향성 휘발 물질이 방향 구획으로부터 커피 구획으로 통과하도록 한다.

Claims (14)

  1. i) 커피 구획 및 ii) 방향 구획으로 이루어진 용기, 커피 구획 내의 일정량의 미립자화된 커피 생성물, 및 방향 구획 내의 방향성 휘발물질을 포함하는 일정량의 커피 방향액으로 이루어지고, 커피 구획 및 방향구획이 서로 떨어져 있고, 용기가 커피 및 방향 구획 사이에서 연장되어 통하는 개구를 형성하는 전달부를 포함하고, 방향액이 방향 구획으로부터 커피 구획으로 이동하는 것을 막으면서 방향성 휘발 물질이 상기 개구를 통해 방향 구획에서 커피 구획으로 이동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 커피 팩.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 방향 구획에 흡수 물질을 더 포함하고, 방향액이 흡수 물질에 흡수되는 커피 팩.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 방향액 양이 커피 생성물 양의 약 1 중량%미만인 커피 팩.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 방향액 양이 커피 생성물 양의 0.13 내지 1.0 중량%인 커피 팩.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 커피 및 방향 구획의 압력이 대기압 이상인 커피 팩.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 커피 구획이 분출부를 형성하는 전부를 포함하는 것인 커피 팩.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 용기가 상기 분출부를 개봉시키기 위해 분출부를 가로질러 용기를 찢는 것을 용이하게 하는 수단을 포함하여 커피 구획으로부터 커피 생성물을 방출시키는 커피 팩.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 개구는 방향이 커피 구획으로 이동하도록 하면서 방향 구획으로부터 커피 방향액의 이동을 막는 작용을 하는 막을 포함하는 것인 커피 팩.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 용기가 제1 및 제2섹션을 포함하고; 제1섹션이 평면을 규정하는 플랜지부를 포함하고 제1섹션이 제1 및 제2포켓 및 포켓 사이에서 연장된 흠을 형성하고, 제2섹션이 제1섹션의 플랜지에 봉합되고, 제1 및 제2포켓 및 홈을 덮고, 제1 및 제2포켓 및 홈을 커피 구획, 방향 구획 및 채널로 각각 형성하는 커피 팩.
  10. 패킷을 형성하고, 패킷 내에 커피 생성물을 배치시키고, 패킷 내에 방향성 휘발 물질을 포함하는 커피 방향액을 배치시키고, 방향성 휘발 물질이 커피 생성물 전체로 이동되도록 하면서 커피 생성물 및 방향액을 적어도 실질적으로 분리시키는 것으로 이루어진 커피 생성물의 포장 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 형성 단계는 제1 및 제2분리 구획 및 제1 및 제2구획 사이에 연장되고 통하는 개구를 갖는 패킷을 형성하는 단계를 포함하고, 패킷 내에 커피 생성물을 배치시키는 단계는 제1구획에 커피 생성물을 배치시키는 단게를 포함하고, 패킷 내에 방향액을 배치시키는 단계는 제2구획에 방향액을 배치시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 패킷 내에 방향액을 배치하는 단계는 패킷 내에 커피 생성물의 약 1중량% 미만인 일정량의 방향액을 배치시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 패킷 내에 방향액을 배치시키는 단계는 패킷 내에 흡수 패드를 배치시키고, 흡수 패드로 방향액을 흡수시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 일부의 방향액이 제1 및 제2구획 사이의 개구를 통과하고 커피 생성물과 혼합되어 추가의 방향액이 상기 개구를 통해 통과하는 것을 실질적으로 막는 플러그를 형성하는 방법.
