Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 제동 상태에 따른 제동램프, 비상램프 및 실내램프의 표시장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 도로의 경사에 영향을 받지 않고 자동차의 감속도에 따라 제동 상태를 구분하여 자동차의 뒷면에 부착된 제동램프 및 비상램프와 실내램프를 자동적으로 점등, 점멸 및 소등 상태로 표시하여 후속차에 전달해추돌 등의 사고를 미연에 방지하도록 하는 자동차의 제동 램프, 비상램프 및 실내램프 표시장치에 관한 것이다 .
본 발명은 단계별로 제동 상태를 표시하여 후속차의 운전자에게 주위를 환기시켜 사고를 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하는데 그 목적이 있다.
본 발명에 의하면 앞 자동차의 단계적인 제동 상태에 따라 앞 자동차의 뒷면 제동램프 및 비상램프, 실내램프를 점멸, 점등, 소등의 형태로 표시하여 후속차의 운전자에게 앞차의 제동 상태를 확실하고 신속하게 전달하여 후속차의 운전자가 앞차의 제동 상태를 정확하게 인식함으로써 추돌 등의 사고를 미연에 예방할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 자동차의 제동에 띠른 제동상태의 표시장치에 있어서, 자동차의 구동부의 구동 상태를 감지하는 감지수단과, 상기 감지 수단에 의해 강지된 속도변화율에 따른 데이터에 의해 비상램프와 실내램프의 점멸, 점등 및 소등을 제어하는 표시램프 제어부와, 상기 제동 동작과 동시에 자동차가 제동 상태임을 표시하는 제동램프로 구성되는 것을 독징으로 하는 자동차의 제동상태 표시장치.
  2. 제l항에 있어서, 상기 감지 수단으로 가속도 센서를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 제동상태 표시장치.
  3. 제l항에 있어서, 상기 표시램프 제어부는 제동에 따른 감속도가 상기 표시램프 제어부내에 기설정된 제l설정치 이상이면 상기 제동램프와 상기 비상램프가 동시에 동작하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 제동상태 표시장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 표시램프 제어부는 제동에 따른 감속도가 상기 제1설정치 이상인 제2설정치보다 큰 경우 상기 제동램프와 상기 비상램프 그리고 상기 실내램프가 동시에 동작하도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 제동상태 표시장치.
  5. 제l항에 있어서, 자동차의 제동상태에 따른 표시램프의 조작을 운전자가 직접 조작하는 수동 동작모드와 상기 표시램프 제어부에 의해 자동으로 조작하는 자동 동작모드로 전환할 수 있는 동작모드 전환부를 포항하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 제동상태 표시장치.
  6. 자동차의 제동에 따른 제동상태의 표시장치에 있어서, 동작모드 전환부에 의해 제동상태에 따른 표시장치의 조작을 전환하는 단계와, 감지 수단에 의해 자동차 구동부의 구동 상태를 감지하는 단계와, 표시램프 제어부에 의해 상기 감지 수단에 감지된 속도변환율에 따른 데이터에 의해 비상램프와 실내램프의 점멸, 점등 및 소등을 제어하는 단계와, 제동램프에 의해 운전자의 제동 동작과 동시에 자동차의 제동상태를 표시하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 제동상태 표시방법.
