Abstract

본 발명은 기준 속도 이상의 자동차 속도에서 급제동시 일어나는 감속도를 자동 경보등 점멸장치에서 인식하여 비상등이 자동으로 점등 및 해제 되도록 장치를 부가하여 운전자에게 편의를 제공하게 하는 것으로, 자동차의 주행 속도의 감속을 비교 판단하는 감속 비교 회로(2)와 이 감속 비교 회로(2)를 콘트롤하는 릴레이(3)로 구성된 자동 경보등 점멸 장치(1)를 차량 스피드 센서(4)와 차량에 부착되어 있는 전원(5)과 연결하는 것으로 구성되어진 자동경보등 점멸장치이다.

본 발명은 자동 경보등 점멸장치에 관한 것으로서 더 상세하게는 기준 속도 이상의 자동차 속도에서 급제동시 일어나는 감속도를 자동 경보등 점멸장치에서 인식하여 비상등이 자동으로 점등 및 해제 되도록 장치를 부가하여 운전자에게 편의를 제공하게 하는 것이다.
일반적으로 모든 자동차에는 제5도에 도시된 바와 같이 구성된 회로도에 의해 운전자가 수작업으로 비상등의 점등이 가능하도록 설치되어 있다.
이 비상등은 운전자가 자동차를 주행하면서 전방의 비상 사태를 인식하여 후방에서 달려오는 자동차의 운전자에게 비상 상태의 경보 기능을 수행하는 것으로서 그 작동법은 인스트루먼트 패널상의 계기판에 부착 설치된 비상등 스위치를 수작업으로 조작하여 후미를 따르는 자동차의 운전자에게 그 상황을 인지 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다.
그러나 운전중에 도로에 발생되는 상황은 자동차의 속력에 의해 크게 좌우되는데 자동차를 과속으로 운전할때에는 풋 브레이크를 사용해서 자동차를 정지시키는 것만으로도 운전자에게 부담을 주는데 풋 브레이크와 병행에서 왼손 또는 오른손으로 비상등의 스위치를 작동해 후미 차량에 비상사태를 인식시켜 주는 동작은 운전자에게 신체적 및 정신적 부담을 주어 또 다른 비상 사태를 가져올 수 있는 등 문제점이 항상 존재하였다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 문제점을 미연에 해결하기 위하여 안출한 것으로서 기준 속도 이상의 자동차 속도에서 급제동시 일어나는 감속도를 자동 경보등 점멸장치에서 인식하여 비상등이 자동으로 점등 및 해제 되도록 장치를 부가하여 운전자에게 편의를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있는 것이다.
본 발명의 특징적인 구성은 자동차의 주행 속도의 감속을 비교 판단하는 감속 비교 회로와 이 감속 비교 회로를 콘트롤하는 릴레이로 구성된 자동 경보등 점멸 장치를 차량 스피트 센서와 차량에 부착되어 있는 전원(즉 밧데리)과 연결하여 비상용 스위치의 회로에 결합시킨 것으로 구성되어진 것이다.
첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 발명의 작용 효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
제1도는 본 발명의 전기 회로도를, 제2도는 본 발명 자동 경보등 점멸장치의 회로도를, 제3도는 본 발명의 플로우 챠트를, 제4도는 본 발명 속도 검출장치의 회로도를 도시한 것으로서, 차량의 속도를 차량 스피드 센서(4)가 감지하는데 있어, 차량의 속도가 50km/h 이상이면 자동 경보등 장치(1)가 작동이 되지 않고 50km/h 이상이면 감속 비교 회로(2)가 작동이 되는 것으로서, 차량의 속도가 급감속인가 또는 슬로우 감속인가를 자동 경보 장치의 감속 비교 회로(2)가 감지하여 차량의 속도가 급감속일 경우에는 릴레이(3)를 작동시키고 이로 인해 미리 비상등의 점등 시간이 정해져 입력되어 있는 비상등을 자동으로 점등되게 하는 것으로서 운전자가 운전중에 비상등의 스위치를 수작업으로 작동시킬 필요가 없게 되는 것이다.
미설명 부호(5)는 전원이다.
그러므로 본 발명은 차량의 속도를 급제동할 때 비상등 스위치를 운전자가 수작업으로 작동시키지 않아도 자동 경보등 점멸장치에서 자동차의 속도를 감지하여 자동차의 급제동시에도 운전자가 제2의 동작을 행하지 않아도 비상등이 자동으로 점등되어 후방에서 질주하는 자동차의 운전자에게 비상 및 경고를 행할 수 있는 발명인 것이다.

  1. 자동차의 주행 속도의 감속을 비교 판단하는 감속 비교 회로(2)와 이 감속 비교 회로(2)를 콘트롤하는 릴레이(3)로 구성된 자동 경보등 점멸 장치(1)를 차량 스피드 센서(4)와 차량에 부착되어 있는 전원(5)과 연결하는 것으로 구성되어진 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 경보등 점멸장치.
