Abstract

본 고안은 차량을 운행하는 과정에서 운전자가 돌발적인 상황으로 급브레이크를 밟게 될 때 차량의 운행속도에 비례하여 감속량을 감지하여 비상등을 자동적으로 점멸시키게 되므로 후속차량의 운전자는 브레이크등과 비상등의 점멸로 인하여 급제동하게 됨을 램프의 점멸로 용이하게 인식하도록 한 급브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치를 제공하기 위한 것으로, 차량의 감속 및 제동을 표시하기 위해 브레이크페달과 연동되는 감속페달스위치로 배터리전원이 통전되어 브레이크등을 점소등시키는 장치에 있어서, 상기 운행중인 차량의 바퀴회전수를 검출하는 바퀴회전수검출부(10)와, 상기 바퀴회전수검출부(10)에서 출력된 바퀴의 회전수로 단위시간에 의한 차속을 감지하는 속도검출부(20)와, 상기 속도검출부(20)에서 출력된 속도신호에 의해 가감속페달의 조작여부에 따라 속도의 변화를 감지하는 전자제어모듈(30)과, 상기 전자제어모듈(30)에서 출력된 신호에 의해 비상등을 점멸시키는 비상등구동부(40)를 포함하여 이루어지므로 후속차량의 운전자는 선행차량의 급브레이크시 제동상태를 비상등의 점멸로 인하여 육안으로 용이하게 볼 수 있게 된다.

Description

급브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치
본 고안은 급브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 차량을 운행하는 과정에서 운전자가 돌발적인 상황으로 급브레이크를 밟게 될 때 차량의 운행속도에 비례하여 감속량을 감지하여 비상등을 자동적으로 점멸시키게 되므로 후속차량의 운전자는 브레이크등과 비상등의 점멸로 인하여 급제동하게 됨을 램프의 점멸로 용이하게 인식하도록 한 급브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량에는 배터리전원에 의해 점소등되는 램프가 구비되고, 각 램프의 기능에 따라 운전자가 램프를 점등시키는 각 스위치접점을 브레이크상태로 변환하게 되면 변환된 접점으로 배터리전원이 공급된다. 따라서, 다른 차량의 운전자들에게 차량의 진행방향(방향지시등), 긴급상황(비상등), 감속 및 제동등(브레이크) 등의 램프를 점등시키게 되는 조명장치가 구비되고, 상기 조명장치를 점소등시키는 스위치의 접점에 의해 차량을 운행하는 과정에서 현재상태를 각 램프가 점등되어 다른 차량의 운전자에게 알리도록 차량의 전후방에 다수의 램프가 설치된다.
이와 같이 차량에 구비된 조명장치는 각램프의 고유기능에 따라 운전자가 인스트루먼트 패널에 구비된 스위치를 이용하여 각각의 램프를 점등시키게 된다. 특히, 차량의 후방에 설치된 브레이크등은 후속차량의 운전자에게 선행차의 감속 또는 제동을 하기 위해 브레이크 페달을 밟았을 때, 브레이크 페달과 연동되는 브레이크 스위치접점이 브레이크 상태로 변환된다. 이 변환된 접점으로 배터리전원이 통전되어 차량의 후방에 설치된 브레이크등이 점등되고, 상기 브레이크페달을 밟지 않으면 브레이크페달과 연동되는 브레이크 스위치접점이 액티브상태로 변환되어 배터리전원을 차단시키게 되므로 브레이크등은 소등된다. 따라서, 후속차량의 운전자는 선행차의 브레이크등이 점소등된 상태에 의해 선행차가 감속 또는 제동하기 위해 브레이크페달을 밟은 상태를 육안으로 확인하게 된다.
그러나, 이와 같이 차량의 후방에 설치된 브레이크등은 고속으로 운행이 가능한 도로에서 돌발적인 상황이나 감속을 하기 위해 운전자가 인위적으로 브레이크 페달을 밟게 될 때, 브레이크 페달과 연동되는 브레이크 페달스위치접점이 브레이크 상태로 변환되고, 변환된 배터리전원은 스위치접점으로 통전되어 브레이크등이 점등된다.
그러므로, 후속차량의 운전자는 전방 차량을 감속하기 위해 브레이크 페달을 밟게 되는지 또는 전방의 돌발적인 상황으로 브레이크 페달을 밟게 되는 량과 무관하게 브레이크등이 점등되어 급제동 또는 감속으로 페달을 밟게 되는 지 알지 못하는 문제점을 갖는다. 따라서, 고속 주행하는 과정에서 전방의 돌발적인 상황으로 급제동하게 되는 경우엔, 후방차량과 추돌위험을 갖게 된다.
이에 본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 고려하여 안출된 것으로서, 그 목적은 차량을 운행하는 과정에서 운전자가 돌발적인 상황으로 급브레이크를 밟게 될 때 차량의 운행속도에 비례하여 감속량을 감지하여 비상등을 자동적으로 점멸시키게 되므로 후속차량의 운전자는 브레이크등과 비상등의 점멸로 인하여 급제동하게 됨을 램프의 점멸로 용이하게 인식하도록 한 급브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치를 제공함에 있다.
이러한 본 고안의 목적은, 차량의 감속 및 제동을 표시하기 위해 브레이크페달과 연동되는 감속페달스위치로 배터리전원이 통전되어 브레이크등을 점소등시키는 장치에 있어서, 상기 운행중인 차량의 바퀴회전수를 검출하는 바퀴회전수검출부와, 상기 바퀴회전수검출부에서 출력된 바퀴의 회전수로 단위시간에 의한 차속을 감지하는 속도검출부와, 상기 속도검출부에서 출력된 속도신호에 의해 가감속페달의 조작여부에 따라 속도의 변화를 감지하는 전자제어모듈과, 상기 전자제어모듈에서 출력된 신호에 의해 비상등을 점멸시키는 비상등구동부를 포함하여 이루어진 급브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치에 의해서 달성될 수 있다.

이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 구체적으로 설명하면 다음과 같다.
첨부도면, 도 1은 본 고안에 따른 급브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치의 구성을 보인 블럭도이다. 도 1을 살펴보면, 차량의 바퀴회전수를 검출하는 바퀴회전수검출부(10)로, 운행중인 차량의 바퀴회전수를 검출하여 감출된 회전수는 속도검출부(20)에 입력된다.
상기 속도검출부(20)는 차량의 바퀴회전수를 단위시간으로 회전수에 대한 속도를 검출하게 되고, 감지된 속도는 전자제어모듈(30)에 입력된다.
상기 전자제어모듈(30)은 속도검출부(20)에서 출력된 속도신호에 의해 가감속페달의 조작여부를 감지하여 속도의 가감속을 감지하게 되고, 감지된 신호는 비상등구동부(40)에 입력된다.
상기 비상등구동부(40)는 전자제어모듈(30)에서 출력된 신호에 의해 비상등이 자동점멸된다. 즉, 운전자가 전방에 돌발적인 상황으로 인하여 급브레이크를 밟게 되면 하이신호가 출력되어 비상등이 점등되고, 운전자가 차량을 가속 또는 운행중인 속도로 운행하게 되면 로우신호가 출력되어 비상등이 소등된다. 따라서, 운전자가 급브레이크를 밟게 되면, 브레이크등과 비상등이 자동적으로 점등됨과 동시에 비상등이 점멸되어 후속차량의 운전자는 선행차량의 후방에서 설치된 램프에 의해 급제동상태를 용이하게 인식하게 된다.
이와 같은, 구성을 갖는 본 고안의 작동상태를 좀 더 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같다.
운행중인 차량의 바퀴회전수를 검출하는 바퀴회전수검출부(10)에 의해 차량의 바퀴회전수를 검출하게 되고, 검출된 바퀴회전수를 단위시간으로 회전수에 대한 속도를 검출하는 속도검출부(20)에서 검출된 신호는 전자제어모듈(30)에 입력된다.
상기 전자제어모듈(30)은 속도검출부(20)에서 출력된 속도신호에 의해 가감속페달의 조작여부에 따라 차량의 속도를 감지하게 되고, 검출된 신호는 상기 감속페달의 조작으로 차량의 속도가 감속되는 경우에는 하이신호가 출력되며, 운전자가 가속하기 위해 가속페달 및 현재 운행속도를 운행하게 되는 경우에는 로우신호가 출력된다. 따라서, 비상등구동부(40)는 전자제어모듈(30)에서 출력된 신호에 의해 비상등이 자동점멸된다. 즉, 운전자가 전방에 돌발적인 상황으로 인하여 급브레이크를 밟게 되면 하이신호가 출력되어 비상등이 점등되고, 운전자가 차량을 가속 또는 운행중인 속도로 운행하게 되면 로우신호가 출력되어 비상등이 소등된다. 따라서, 운전자가 급브레이크를 밟게 되면, 브레이크등과 비상등이 자동적으로 점등됨과 동시에 비상등이 점멸되어 후속차량의 운전자는 선행차량의 후방에서 설치된 램프에 의해 급제동상태를 용이하게 인식하게 된다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 고안에 따른 급보조브레이크시 비상등 자동점멸장치는, 차량을 운행하는 과정에서 운전자가 돌발적인 상황으로 급브레이크를 밟게 될 때 차량의 운행속도에 비례하여 감속량을 감지하여 비상등을 자동적으로 점멸시키게 되므로 후속차량의 운전자는 브레이크등과 비상등의 점멸로 인하여 급제동하게 됨을 램프의 점멸로 용이하게 인식하게 되는 것이다.

  1. 차량의 감속 및 제동을 표시하기 위해 브레이크페달과 연동되는 감속페달스위치로 배터리전원이 통전되어 브레이크등을 점소등시키는 장치에 있어서,
    상기 운행중인 차량의 바퀴회전수를 검출하는 바퀴회전수검출부(10)와,
    상기 바퀴회전수검출부(10)에서 출력된 바퀴의 회전수로 단위시간에 의한 차속을 감지하는 속도검출부(20)와,
    상기 속도검출부(20)에서 출력된 속도신호에 의해 가감속페달의 조작여부에 따라 속도의 변화를 감지하는 전자제어모듈(30)과,
    상기 전자제어모듈(30)에서 출력된 신호에 의해 비상등을 점멸시키는 비상등구동부(40)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 급브레이크시 비상등자동점멸장치.
