Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 주간 주행시 램프점등상태 경보장치에 관한 것으로서, 램프(HL)(TL)내부의 기준 설정온도(t1)를 설정하는 단계; 램프의 점등스위치(SW)의 작동상태를 감지하는 단계; 램프(HL)(TL) 내부의 현재온도(t2)를 온도센서(S)로 감지하는 단계; 램프내부 설정온도(t1)와 램프내부 현재온도(t2)를 제어부(10)에서 비교하여 t2＞t1일 때 경보수단(B)을 작동시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것이다. 따라서, 주간에 차량의 미등이나 전조등이 점등된 상태를 운전자가 쉽게 인지할 수 있게 한다.

Description

차량의 주간 주행시 램프점등상태 경보장치
본 발명은 차량의 주간 주행시에 미등이나 전조등이 점등된 상태를 감지하여 운전자에게 알려줄 수 있도록 하는 차량의 주간 주행시 램프점등상태 경보장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량에는 각종 조명장치가 있으며, 이러한 조명장치로는 여타 차량이나 보행자에 대하여 자기차량의 위치 및 주행의사를 알리고자 하는 안전등과 차량의 전방을 밝히도록 하는 전조등 등이 있다.
상기 안전등에는 방향지시등, 제동등, 후진등 외에 미등, 차폭등 등이 있는 바, 방향지시등은 계기판에 표시되며 청각으로도 작동상태를 확인할 수 있으나, 도 1에 도시한 바와 같은 미등(TL)이나 전조등(HL)의 경우는 야간이 아닌 주간의 경우 운전자의 부주의나 실수로 점등되는 경우가 있게 된다.
그러나 종래에는 이러한 점등상태를 주간에는 운전자가 알기 어려우므로 상기와 같이 미등이나 전조등을 점등시킨채로 주행하면 여타 차량에게는 몹시 불편함을 주게 되며 자칫 사고의 위험까지 초래할 수 있다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 감안하여 안출한 것으로서 본 발명의 목적은 주간에 미등이나 전조등이 점등된 상태를 감지하여 운전자에게 알려줄 수 있도록 하는 차량의 주간 주행시 램프점등상태 경보장치를 제공하는 데 있다.

상기한 목적을 이루기 위하여 본 발명은 램프(HL)(TL)내부의 기준 설정온도(t1)를 설정하는 단계, 램프의 점등스위치(SW)의 작동상태를 감지하는 단계, 램프(HL)(TL) 내부의 현재온도(t2)를 온도센서(S)로 감지하는 단계, 램프내부 설정온도(t1)와 램프내부 현재온도(t2)를 제어부(10)에서 비교하여 t2＞t1일 때 경보수단(B)을 작동시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주간 주행시 램프점등상태 경보장치를 제공한다.
이하 첨부된 예시도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 보다 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 차량에 적용된 상태를 간략히 나타낸 본 발명의 구성도, 도 2는 블록구성도로서, 본 발명은 차량의 전조등(HL)과 미등(TL)에 온도센서(S)를 설치하고 제어부(10)에 연결하며, 이러한 제어부(10)로부터 차량의 계기판 부근에 운전자가 용이하게 인지할 수 있는 위치에 경보수단(B)을 설치하게 된다.
상기 경보수단(B)은 점멸되는 경보등이나 소리를 발생하는 부저 중 하나를 사용하거나 둘 다 설치하여 동시에 작동되도록 할 수 있는 바, 이는 일반적인 사항이므로 한정하지 않는다.
도 2는 본 발명의 제어흐름을 나타낸 플로우차트로서 차량의 키가 삽입된 상태에서 운전자가 라이트레버, 즉 점등스위치(SW)를 작동했을 때 차량의 전조등(HL)과 미등(TL)이 점등된다. 이러한 상태에서 램프의 온도가 올라감에 따라 온도센서(S)에 온도가 감지되고, 감지된 현재온도(t2)가 제어부(10)에서 사전에 설정된 램프내부 설정온도(t1)와 비교되며 t2＞t1일 때, 즉 램프의 점등으로 인하여 현재온도(t2)가 상승했을 때 경보수단(B)을 작동시키는 신호를 보내게 된다. 이에 따라 경보수단(B)이 작동되어 운전자는 현재 전조등(HL) 및 미등(TL)이 점등되어 있는 상태라는 것을 감지하고 점등스위치(SW)를 '오프'시키게 된다. 따라서 t2 t1상태로 전환되면 램프가 소등된 상태를 인지하게 되어 초기상태로 전환된다.
이상과 같이 본 발명은 주간에 차량의 미등이나 전조등이 점등된 상태를 운전자가 쉽게 인지할 수 있게 하므로 편리하고 여타 차량에 피해를 주지 않게 되어 안전운행에 일조하게 되는 효과가 있다.

  1. 램프(HL)(TL)내부의 기준 설정온도(t1)를 설정하는 단계, 램프의 점등스위치(SW)의 작동상태를 감지하는 단계, 램프(HL)(TL) 내부의 현재온도(t2)를 온도센서(S)로 감지하는 단계, 램프내부 설정온도(t1)와 램프내부 현재온도(t2)를 제어부(10)에서 비교하여 t2＞t1일 때 경보수단(B)을 작동시키는 단계를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 주간 주행시 램프점등상태 경보장치.
