Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 비상점멸장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 주행중 돌발사태에 의한 충돌사고를 미연에 방지하고자 위험경고 스위치와 상기 위험경고 스위치로 부터 전류를 인가받아 작용 하는 릴레이를 설치하여 위급한 사태에서도 비상스위치를 조작하지 않고서도 전후방 차량의 운전자가 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 한 차량의 비상점등장치로, 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부(20)와; 프로트판넬에 설치되는 비상스위치(10)에 의해 작동되는 점멸기(30)와; 상기 점멸기(30)의 점멸신호에 의해 작동되는 비상등(40)과; 브레이크 스위치(50)에 의해 작동되는 브레이크등(51)으로 이루어지는 차량용 비상등에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 스위치(50)에 접속되는 위험경고 스위치(60)와; 상기 위험경고 스위치(60)와 접지에 접속되는 코일부(71)와, 상기 점멸기(30)와 접지에 접속되는 접점부(72)로 이루어진 릴레이(70); 로 구성되어 상기 위험경고 스위치(60)가 온이 된후 상기 브레이크 스위치(50)가 온될때 브레이크등(51)이 점등되는 동시에 상기 위험경고 스위치(60)로부터 전류를 인가받은 릴레이(70)가 온됨에 따라 점멸기(30)에 인가되어 비상등(40)을 점려시킴을 특징으로 한다.

본 발명은 차량의 비상점멸장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 주행중 돌발사태에 의한 충돌사고를 미연에 방지하고자 위험 경고 스위치와 상기 위험경고 스위치로 부터 전류를 인가받아 작용하는 릴레이를 설치하여 위급한 사태에서도 비상스위치를 조작하지 않고서도 전후방 차량의 운전자가 쉽게 파악할 수 있도록 한 차량의 비상점등장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 고속주행시 갑작스런 사고를 발견하게 되면 비상등을 온시켜서 뒤에 따라 오는 차량에게 주위 신호를 보냄과 동시에 브레이크를 밟으므로서 차량의 속도를 감속시키도록 되어있다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 돌발적인 사태 발생시 운전자는 비상스위치를 조작하기 못하고 순간적으로 급제동만 하므로써, 후방차량의 운전자가 미쳐 앞쪽의 상화을 파악하지 못한 상태에서 전방차량과 충돌하는 경우가 종종 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은, 급제동시 브레이크등과 비상등이 동시에 작동되도록 위험경고 스위치와 릴레이를 설치하여, 우천시나 기타 노면상태의 상화을 미리 간파하여 상기 위험경고 스위치를 미리 온시킴으로써 브레이크 페달의 밟음에 의하여 브레이크 스위치가 온되고 동시에 상기 위험경고 스위치로 부터 전류를 인가받은 릴레이를 통하여 비상등을 작동시키기 위한 점멸기에 전류를 인가하면 전후방에 설치된 비상등이 계속적으로 점멸되고 이에 따라 전후방 차량이 위급산 상태를 미리 포착하여 전방 차량과의 충돌을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 하는 데에 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 본 발명은, 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와; 프론트판넬에 설치되는 비상스위치에 의해 작동되는 점멸기와; 상기 점멸기의 점멸실호에 의해 작동되는 비상등과; 브레이크 스위치에 의해 작동되는 브레이크등으로 이루어지는 차량용 비상등에 있어서, 상기 브레이크 스위치에 접속되는 위험경고 스위치와; 상기 위험경고 스위치와 접지에 접속되는 코일부와, 상기 점멸기와 접지에 접속되는 접점부로 이루어진 릴레이;로 구성되어 상기 위험경고 스위치가 온이 된후 상기 브레이크 스위치가 온될때 브레이크등이 점등되는 동시에 상기 위험경고 스위치로 부터 전류를 인가받은 릴레이가 온됨에 따라 점멸기에 전류가 인가되어 비상등을 점멸시킴을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 첨부된 도면에 의거하여 본 발명의 구성 및 작용효과를 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 차량의 급제동용 비상등은 제 1도에 나타낸 바와 같이, 도시하지 않은 자동차의 프로트판넬의 표시판넬에 비상스취치(10)가 설치되고, 상기 비상스위치(10)의 일측은 전원을 공급하기 위한 전원공급부(20)에 접지되고, 타측은 상기 비상스위치(10)가 온인가 아닌가에 의해 작동되는 점멸기(30)에 설치된다.
또 상기 점멸기(30)의 점멸신호에 의해 작동되는 비상등(40)이 차량의 전후방에 설치된다.
51은 브레이크 스위치(50)에 의해 작동되는 브레이크등이다.
상기 브레이크 스위치(50)에 접속되는 위험경고 스위치(60)는 릴레이(70)의 일측에 설치되는 코일부(71)에 접지되고, 상기 코일부(71)에 접지되기 위한 접점부(72)는 점멸기(30)에 접속된다.
따라서, 우천시나 기타 도로의 노면상태에 따라서 위험 경고 스위치(60)를 미리 온시킨 후, 자동차의 급제동시 브레이크 페달을 밟으면 상기 브레이크 페달에 의하여 브레이크 스위치(50)가 온되고, 이어서 상기 브레이크 스위치(50)와 연결형성된 위험경고 스위치(60)를 통하여 릴레이(70)가 온됨과 동시에 상기 릴레이(70)의 접점부(72)에 연결된 점멸기(30)가 작동하여 차량의 전후방에 설치된 비상등(40)을 계속적으로 점멸시킨다.
따라서, 위급한 상황에서 별도의 비상스위치를 작동하지 않고서도 위험경고 스위치 및 릴레이를 설치하여 브레이크등을 점등하고 비상등을 자동 점멸시킴으로써, 후방차량이 전방차량의 상화을 미리 파악하여 전방차량과의 충돌을 미연에 방지할 수가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와; 프론트판넬에 설치되는 비상스위치에 의해 작동되는 점멸기와; 상기 점멸기의 점멸시호에 의해 작동되는 비상등과; 브레이크 스위치에 의해 작동되는 브레이크등으로 이루어지는 차량용 비상등에 있어서,
    상기 브레이크 스위치에 접속되는 위험경고 스위치와;
    상기 위험경고 스위치와 접지에 접속되는 코일부와, 상기 점멸기와 접지에 접속되는 접점부로 이루어진 릴레이로 구성되어 상기 위험경고 스위치가 온이된 후 상기 브레이크 스위치가 온될때 브레이크등이 점등되는 동시에 상기 위험경고 스위치로 부터 전류를 인가받은 릴레이가 온됨에 따라 점멸기에 전류가 인가되어 비상등을 점멸시킴을 특징으로 하는 차량의 비상점등장치.
