Abstract

본 고안은 자동차용 등화장치의 비상등에 관한 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 비상등과 방향지시등이 각각 작동되도록 하여 비상등이 작동되는 상태에서 방향지시를 할 수 있도록 하는 자동차용 등화장치의 비상등을 제공함에 있다.
상기와 같은 목적을 실현하기 위한 본 고안은 차량후미의 콤비네이션 램프내에 방향지시용 램프와 비상용 램프를 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.

Description

자동차용 등화장치의 비상등
본 고안은 자동차용 등화장치의 비상등에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 비상등과 방향지시등이 각각 작동되도록 하여 비상등이 작동되는 상태에서 방향지시를 할 수 있도록 하는 자동차용 등화장치의 비상등에 관한 것이다.
자동차의 등화장치는 그 기능면에서 3가지로 구분할 수 있는데, 그것은 대상물을 잘 보기위한 것을 목적으로하는 조명기능과, 다른 차나 기타 도로 이용자에게 자기차의 주행상태를 알리는 것을 목적으로 하는 신호기능과, 차량의 존재상태를 표지하기 위한 표지기능이다.
상기 조명기능을 목적으로 하는 등화장치는 전조등, 안개등, 후진등, 실내등, 계기등이 있으며, 상기 신호기능을 목적으로 하는 등화장치는 방향지시등, 제동등, 비상등, 위험신호등이 있다. 그리고 상기 표지기능을 목적으로 하는 등화장치는 주차등, 차폭등, 후미등, 번호판등이 있다.
상기 비상등은 주행중 전방의 위험한 도로상태나 위급상황을 알리기 위하여 작동시키는 등화장치로써 차량의 전후좌우에 위치한 방향지시등을 동시에 점멸시킴으로써 작동된다.
그런데 비상등과 방향지시등은 동일한 램프로 사용되고 있기 때문에 비상등이 작동되는 상태에서는 방향지시를 할 수 없다는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 창작된 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 비상등과 방향지시등을 각각 설치하여 비상등이 작동될 때에도 방향지시를 할 수 있도록 하는 자동차용 등화장치의 비상등를 제공함에 있다.
도1은 본 고안에 의한 자동차 후미의 콤비네이션 램프를 도시한 개략도이다.
도2는 본 고안에 의한 비상등 점멸장치를 나타낸 회로구성도이다.

상기와 같은 목적을 실현하기 위한 본 고안은 차량후미의 콤비네이션 램프내에 방향지시용 램프와 비상용 램프를 각각 설치한 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기와 같은 본 고안의 구성을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
방향지시등이 작동되는 상태에서는 비상등을 작동시킬 수 있어 방향표시와 비상표시를 동시에 할 수 있다.
이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 설명한다. 또한 본 실시예는 본 고안의 권리범위를 한정하는 것은 아니고, 단지 예시로 제시된 것이다.
도1은 본 고안에 의한 비상등에 의해 램프의 배열을 나타낸 도면이다.
도1에 도시된 바와 같이 차량의 후미 콤비네이션 램프내에 방향지시등(30)용 램프와 비상등(20)용 램프를 각각 설치한다. 그리고 그 옆으로 제동등(10)도 설치하게 된다.
상기와 같이 이루어진 방향표시등과 비상등(20)을 작동시키기 위한 회로 구성을 도2에 회로구성도로 나타내었다.
비상등(20)을 선택적으로 작동시키기 위한 비상등스위치(40)와, 비상등스위치(40)의 작동으로 배터리(50)의 전원이 단속되어 점등되는 비상등(20)으로 이루어진다.
상기와 같이 이루어진 비상등(20)의 작동을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
비상등스위치(40)를 온시키면 배터리(50)의 전원이 비상등(20)에 인가되어 비상등(20)이 점등된다. 또한 비상등스위치(40)를 오프시키게 되면 배터리(50)의 전원이 차단되어 비상등(20)은 소등된다. 이와 같이 비상등(20)을 작동시키는 비상등스위치(40)에 의해 비상등(20)을 개별적으로 작동시키게 되어 방향지시등(30)과 별도로 작동될 수 있다.
상기한 바와 같이 본 고안은 방향지시등과 비상등을 각각 설치함으로써 비상등이 작동되는 상태에서 방향지시를 할 수 있기 때문에 주행중 위급상황시 위급상황과 피하려고 하는 방향을 동시에 알릴 수 있다는 이점이 있다.
또한 위급상황을 대처할 수 있어 안전운전에 도움을 준다는 이점이 있다.
