Abstract

본 고안은 고속 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황시에 발생하는 급제동시 브레이크등과 비상등을 동시에 제어함으로써 후속차량에게 급브레이크에 대한 상황을 빠르고 정확하게 표시해 줌으로써 추돌사고를 미연에 방지하여 운전자의 안전을 도모하도록 한 차량의 급감속시 비상등 제어장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 자동차의 브레이크 표시장치는 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황시 급제동에 의한 위급시에 운전자가 직접 비상등 스위치를 수동 조작하기 때문에 급브레이크 조작 시간이 지체됨으로 인해 후속 차량이 빠르게 대응하지 못하여 빈번히 추돌 사고가 발생되는 문제점이 있으며, 또한 급정거에 의한 위급시 마다 일일이 운전자가 비상등을 수동 조작해야 하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다.
이것을 해결하기 위해, 본 고안은 운전자의 브레이크 조작에 따라 브레이크 점등을 위한 신호를 발생하는 브레이크 스위치와, 브레이크 스위치에서 발생된 신호에 따라 브레이크 유압을 감지하는 브레이크 유압 감지부와, 브레이크 유압 감지부에서 출력된 브레이크 유압 검출값과 급속 제동을 위해 설정된 유압값을 비교하고 그 비교 결과에 따라 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부와, 제어부에서 출력된 일반 제동 구동 제어신호에 따라 브레이크등을 점등하는 일반 제동 구동부와, 제어부에서 출력된 급속 제동 구동 제어신호에 따라 브레이크등 및 비상등을 점등하는 급속 제동 구동부와, 운전자의 수동 조작에 따라 상기 비상등을 점등하기 위한 신호를 발생하는 비상등 스위치로 구성된다.

Description

차량의 급감속시 비상등 제어장치
종래 자동차의 브레이크 표시장치는 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황이 발생되면 운전자는 급정거를 하기 위해 브레이크 페달을 밟게 된다.
그러면, 상기 브레이크 페달에 의해 브레이크 스위치(1)가 온되어 브레이크등(2)이 점등되고, 또한 급제동에 의한 위급 상황 발생시에 운전자가 비상등 스위치(3)를 수동 조작하여 비상등(4)을 점등시켜 후속 차량에게 급브레이크에 대한 위급 상황을 표시하였다.
그러나 이러한 종래 자동차의 브레이크 표시장치는 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황시 급제동에 의한 위급시에 운전자가 직접 비상등 스위치를 수동 조작하기 때문에 급브레이크 조작 시간이 지체됨으로 인해 후속 차량이 빠르게 대응하지 못하여 빈번히 추돌 사고가 발생되는 문제점이 있으며, 또한 급정거에 의한 위급시 마다 일일이 운전자가 비상등을 수동 조작해야 하는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 상기와 같은 종래 기술의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 제안된 것으로서, 고속 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황시에 발생하는 급제동시 브레이크등과 비상등을 동시에 제어함으로써 후속차량에게 급브레이크에 대한 상황을 빠르고 정확하게 표시해 줌으로써 추돌사고를 미연에 방지하여 운전자의 안전을 도모하도록 한 차량의 급감속시 비상등 제어장치를 제공함에 그 목적이 있다.

이하, 본 고안을 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2는 본 고안에 의한 차량의 급감속시 비상등 제어장치 블럭 구성도를 나타낸 것으로서, 운전자의 브레이크 조작에 따라 브레이크 점등을 위한 신호를 발생하는 브레이크 스위치(101)와, 상기 브레이크 스위치(101)에서 발생된 신호에 따라 브레이크 유압을 감지하는 브레이크 유압 감지부(102)와, 상기 브레이크 유압 감지부(102)에서 출력된 브레이크 유압 검출값과 급속 제동을 위해 설정된 유압값을 비교하고 그 비교 결과에 따라 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(103)와, 상기 제어부(103)에서 출력된 일반 제동 구동 제어신호에 따라 브레이크등(106)을 점등하는 일반 제동 구동부(104)와, 상기 제어부(103)에서 출력된 급속 제동 구동 제어신호에 따라 브레이크등(106) 및 비상등(107)을 점등하는 급속 제동 구동부(105)와, 운전자의 수동 조작에 따라 상기 비상등(107)을 점등하기 위한 신호를 발생하는 비상등 스위치(108)로 구성된다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 고안의 동작 및 작용 효과를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
먼저, 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황시에 운전자가 브레이크 페달을 밟게 되면 브레이크 스위치(101)는 브레이크 점등을 위한 신호를 발생하게 된다.
그러면, 브레이크 유압 감지부(102)는 상기 브레이크 스위치(101)에서 출력된 신호에 의해 브레이크 유압을 검출하여 제어부(103)에 입력시킨다.
이에 따라, 제어부(103)는 상기 브레이크 유압 감지부(102)에서 출력된 브레이크 유압 검출값과 급속 제동을 위해 설정된 유압값을 비교하고 그 비교 결과가 상기한 설정된 유압값보다 작으면 일반 제동이라고 판단을 하고 일반 제동 구동 제어신호를 출력하게 된다.
그러면, 일반 제동 구동부(104)는 상기 제어부(103)에서 출력된 일반 제동 구동 제어신호에 의해 브레이크등(106)을 점등시킨다.
한편, 검출된 유압값이 상기 급속 제동을 위해 설정된 유압값보다 클 경우에는 급속 제동이라고 판단을 하고 급속 제동 구동 제어신호를 출력하게 된다.
이에 따라, 급속 제동 구동부(105)는 상기 제어부(103)에서 출력된 급속 제동 구동 제어신호에 의해 브레이크등(106) 및 비상등(107)을 동시에 점등시켜 후속 차량에게 급제동에 의한 위급 상황을 알리게 되는 것이다.
한편, 일반적인 위급 상황시에는 운전자가 비상등 스위치(108)를 수동 조작하여 다른 차량에게 위급상황을 알린다.
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 고안은 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황으로 인해 급제동시 브레이크등 및 비상등이 자동 제어됨으로써 후속차량에게 급브레이크에 대한 상황을 빠르고 정확하게 표시해 줌으로써 추돌사고를 미연에 방지하는 효과가 있으며, 또한 급제동에 의한 위급 상황시 운전자가 비상등 스위치의 수동 조작에서 오는 시간적 소모를 최소화함으로써 운전자의 안전을 도모하는 효과가 있다.
본 고안은 차량의 급감속시 비상등 제어장치에 관한 것으로, 특히 고속 주행중에 장애물이나 돌발상황시에 발생하는 급제동시 브레이크등과 비상등을 동시에 제어함으로써 후속차량에게 급브레이크에 대한 상황을 빠르고 정확하게 표시해 줌으로써 추돌사고를 미연에 방지하여 운전자의 안전을 도모하도록 한 차량의 급감속시 비상등 제어장치에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 운전자의 브레이크 조작에 따라 브레이크 점등을 위한 신호를 발생하는 브레이크 스위치(101)와;
    상기 브레이크 스위치(101)에서 발생된 신호에 따라 브레이크 유압을 감지하는 브레이크 유압 감지부(102)와;
    상기 브레이크 유압 감지부(102)에서 출력된 브레이크 유압 검출값과 급속 제동을 위해 설정된 유압값을 비교하고 그 비교 결과에 따라 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부(103)와;
    상기 제어부(103)에서 출력된 일반 제동 구동 제어신호에 따라 브레이크등(106)을 점등하는 일반 제동 구동부(104)와;
    상기 제어부(103)에서 출력된 급속 제동 구동 제어신호에 따라 브레이크등(106) 및 비상등(107)을 점등하는 급속 제동 구동부(105)와;
    운전자의 수동 조작에 따라 상기 비상등(107)을 점등하기 위한 신호를 발생하는 비상등 스위치(108)를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 차량의 급감속시 비상등 제어장치.
