Abstract

본 발명은 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치에 관한 것으로서, 차량에 가해지는 충격을 감지하는 충격감지센서(10)와 상기 충격감지센서(10)에 일정이상의 충격이 입력되는 경우 비상등(30)을 점등시키는 제어부(20)를 구성하여, 차량을 운행중 급작스런 충돌사고가 발생하는 경우에도 차량의 후방에서 주행중인 차량을 운행하는 운전자에게 비상등(30)을 작동시켜 금감속 상태를 알려줌으로써, 추돌 및 충돌사고가 연쇄적으로 발생하는 것을 억제하며, 교통의 흐름이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 것이다.

Description

자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치
본 발명은 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치에 관한 것으로, 더욱더 상세하게는 차량을 운행중 충돌사고가 발생하면 비상등이 자동으로 점등되어 연쇄적으로 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하는 것을 미연에 방지하도록 하는 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 차량의 전면과 후면 좌우 양측에는 차량이 차선변경시 후방에서 주행중인 차량에게 알리도록 하는 방향지시등과, 정차 및 후진시에 충돌사고를 예방하도록 하는 비상등과 브레이크등 및 후진등 등의 의사전달램프들이 설치되어 있다.
그러나 종래에는 차량을 운행하는 운전자가 브레이크를 작동시 브레이크등이 점등되는 것에 의해서만 감속의 유무를 알려 줌으로서, 차량을 운행중 급작스런 충돌사고가 발생하는 경우 브레이크를 제대로 작동하지 못하게 됨으로서, 후방에서 차량을 운행하는 운전자가 앞차의 감속을 제대로 파악하지 못하여 연쇄적으로 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하게 되는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명의 목적은 상기와 같은 종래의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 운행중인 차량에 충격을 감지하는 충격감지센서를 설치하고, 상기 충격감지센서에 일정이상의 충격이 가해지는 경우 제어부가 비상등을 점등시켜, 차량을 운행중 급작스러운 충돌사고가 발생하는 경우 차량에 충격이 가해지는 경우 자동으로 비상등이 점등되어 차량의 후방에서 운행중인 차량의 운전자에게 앞차의 급감속을 알려주어 연쇄적으로 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하는 것을 예방하도록 하는 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치를 제공하는데 있다.

이하 첨부된 도면에 의하여 본 발명의 그 기술적 구성을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
본 발명의 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치는 도 1 및 도 2에 도시하고 있는 바와 같이, 차량에 가해지는 충격을 감지하는 충격감지센서(10)와 상기 충격감지센서(10)에 일정이상의 충격이 입력되는 경우 비상등(30)을 점등시키는 제어부(20)로 구성됨을 그 기술적 구성상의 기본 특징으로 한다.
이와같이 구성되는 본 발명은 운행중인 차량에 급작스런 충돌사고가 발생하는 경우 차량에 가해지는 충격을 충격감지센서(10)에서 감지하여 제어부(20)로 전송하고, 상기 제어부(20)는 충격감지센서(10)에 감지된 충격이 일정이상인 경우 비상등(30)을 점등시켜 차량의 후방에서 주행중인 차량을 운행하는 운전자에게 급정차중임을 알려주게 된다.
따라서 이러한 본 발명은 차량을 운행중 급작스런 충돌사고가 발생하는 경우에도 차량의 후방에서 주행중인 차량을 운행하는 운전자에게 비상등(30)을 작동시켜 금감속 상태를 알려줌으로서, 추돌 및 충돌사고가 연쇄적으로 발생하는 것을 억제하며, 교통의 흐름이 원활하게 이루어지도록 하는 효과가 있다.
이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 본 발명은 운행중인 차량에 충격을 감지하는 충격감지센서를 설치하고, 상기 충격감지센서에 일정이상의 충격이 가해지는 경우 제어부가 비상등을 점등시켜, 차량의 운행중 급작스러운 충돌사고가 발생하는 경우 차량에 충격이 가해지는 경우 자동으로 비상등이 점등되어 차량의 후방에서 운행중인 차량의 운전자에게 앞차의 급감속을 알려주어 연쇄적으로 충돌 및 추돌사고가 발생하는 것을 예방하도록 하는 매우 유용한 발명인 것이다.

  1. 차량에 가해지는 충격을 감지하는 충격감지센서(10)와 상기 충격감지센서(10)에 일정이상의 충격이 입력되는 경우 비상등(30)을 점등시키는 제어부(20)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 비상등 자동점등장치.
