Abstract

차량의 주행중 전방의 돌발 상황에 의해 급제동을 하게 되는 경우에 자동으로 차량의 비상등이 작동되어 후미 차량의 추돌사고를 예방하여 승차자의 안전을 도모하기 위하여, 운전석에 설치되는 스위치와 연결되어 차량 전·후의 차폭에 설치되는 비상등에 있어서, 차량의 속도가 급속하게 줄어드는 것을 검출하는 급제동 검출수단(10)과; 상기 급제동 검출수단(10)과 연결되어 비상등을 일정시간 점멸시키는 릴레이(20)와; 상기 급제동 검출수단(10)과 병렬로 연결되어 운전자가 수동으로 점등시킬 수 있는 수동 점등스위치(30)로; 이루어지는 자동차용 비상등을 제공하여, 차량 주행중에 발생하는 돌발 상황에 운전자가 비상등을 점멸시키기 위해 별도의 조작을 필요로 하지 않으므로 운전에만 집중할 수 있게 되며, 비상등의 자동 점등으로 인한 후미 차량의 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있어 승차자의 안전을 도모할 수 있다.

Description

자동차용 비상등
본 고안은 자동차용 비상등에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는 차량의 급제동시 비상등이 자동으로 점멸되도록 하여 추돌사고를 예방하고, 승차자의 안전을 도모할 수 있는 자동차용 비상등에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차용 비상등은, 차량의 전단부 및 후미에 장착되어 차량의 고속 주행중에 돌발사태에 의하여 급제동을 하는 경우에 후미 차량의 추돌사고를 방지하기 위하여, 점멸되는 것이다.
종래 비상등은 차량의 전단부 및 후미에 차폭의 사이드에 설치되어 스위치 작동으로 점멸이 이루어지고 있다.
상기 스위치는 운전석에 설치되어 운전자가 조작함으로서, 비상등이 점멸되도록 하는 것이다.
그러나, 상기한 자동차용 비상등은 차량의 고속으로 주행할 때, 전방의 돌발 상황에 대해 운전자가 비상등을 조작해야 한다.
이는 비상등을 수동으로 조작하는 불편함 뿐만 아니라 운전자가 돌발상황에 대처함과 동시에 후미 차량에 전방의 돌발상황을 전달해야 하므로, 자칫 운전자가 비상등을 조작하기 위해 돌발상황에 소홀히 대처하게 되거나, 또는 전방상황에 대처하기 위해 비상등 점멸을 수행하지 못하여 추돌사고를 초래하는 문제점이 있다.
본 고안은 상기한 바와 같이, 종래 기술의 문제점을 해소하기 위하여, 안출된 것으로서, 본 고안의 목적은 차량 주행중 급제동을 하게 되는 경우에 자동으로 차량의 비상등이 작동되어 후미 차량의 추돌사고를 예방하고, 승차자의 안전을 도모하는 자동차용 비상등을 제공하는데 있다.
상기한 바와 같은, 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 본 고안의 차량의 속도가 급속하게 줄어드는 것을 검출하는 급제동 검출수단과; 상기 급제동 검출수단과 연결되어 비상등을 일정시간 점멸시키는 릴레이와; 상기 급제동 검출수단과 병렬로 연결되어 운전자가 수동으로 점등시킬 수 있는 수동 점등스위치로; 이루어지는 자동차용 비상등을 제공한다.
이와 같이, 이루어지는 자동차용 비상등은 필요에 따라 수동으로 작동이 가능하고 차량의 급제동시 급제동 검출수단이 비상등을 작동함으로서, 비상등이 점멸될 수 있다.

이하, 본 고안의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면을 참조하여 더욱 상세하게 설명한다.
도 1은 본 고안의 실시예에 따른 비상등 점멸장치의 개략도를 나타낸 것으로서, 자동차의 후미 또는 전단부에 장착되는 비상등과, 상기 비상등을 수동으로 제어하기 위하여, 운전석에 설치되는 수동 점등스위치와, 상기 비상등과 연결되어 자동으로 비상등이 점멸되도록 하는 급제동 검출수단을 도시하고 있다.
상기한 수동 점등스위치(30)은 운전석의 일측에 설치되어 운전자의 조작에 따라 비상등(1)이 점멸될 수 있도록 한다.
상기한 수동 점등스위치(30)와 병렬로 연결되는 급제동 검출수단(10)은 차량의 속도가 급속하게 줄어드는 것을 검출하여 비상등(1)을 자동으로 점멸시키도록 한다.
상기한 급제동 검출수단(10)과 연결되는 릴레이(20)는 비상등(1)을 일정시간 점멸되도록 한다.
여기서, 상기한 비상등(1)은 운전자의 선택적인 조작을 받는 수동 점등스위치(30)의 신호입력을 우선하는 회로를 구성하고 있다.
상기한 급제동 검출수단(10)은 도 2에 도시된 바와 같이, 케이스(11)와, 탄성부재(14)와 연결된 접점체(13)와 상기한 접점체(13)에 대향한 접점부(12)를 도시하고 있다.
상기한 접점부(12)는 케이스(11)의 일측에 고정되며, 상기 접점부(12)에 대향하여 일측으로 탄성부재(14)가 결합되어 있는 접점체(13)가 제공된다.
상기한 접점부(12)와 결합된 탄성부재(14)는 일측으로 케이스(11)에 고정되어, 상기 접점부(12)가 탄성력을 받을 수 있도록 한다.
여기서, 상기한 탄성부재(14)는 탄성력이 우수한 코일 스프링이 사용될 수 있다.
첨부된 도면 도 3에 급제동 검출수단(10)의 실시예를 도시한 도면으로서, 접점체(13)와 접점부(12)가 접촉한 상태를 나타냈다.
상기한 접점체(13)는 차량의 진행 방향으로 이동할 수 있도록 위치한다.
즉, 차량이 급제동을 할 경우에 관성력에 의해 차량의 전방측으로 이동하여 접점부(12)에 접촉할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 이루어지는 자동차용 비상등(1)은 차량이 고속으로 주행시 전방에 돌발상황에 의해 급제동을 하게 되면 급제동 검출수단(10)이 작동하여 비상등(1)을 점멸시키게 된다.
즉, 상기 차량이 전방의 돌발상황에 의해 브레이크를 작동시키게 되면 급제동 검출수단(10)을 이루는 접점체(13)가 관성력에 의해 전방으로 진행하여 대향 배치된 접점부(12)에 접촉하게 되어 비상등(1)을 점멸시키게 된다.
또한, 상기한 급제동 검출수단(10)의 접점체(13)는 탄성부재(14)의 탄성력에 의해 원위치로 복귀되므로 접점부(12)와의 접촉이 끊어지게 된다.
여기서, 상기한 급제동 검출수단(10)과 연결된 릴레이(20)는 일정시간 비상등(1)이 점멸될 수 있도록 접점을 지연시키는 역할을 한다.
그리고, 상기한 비상등(1)을 수동으로 사용할 때에은, 급제동 검출수단(10)과 병렬로 연결된 수동 점등스위치(30)를 조작한다.
즉, 상기한 수동 점등스위치(30)는 운전석 일측에 제공되어 운전자의 조작력을 받아 비상등(1)을 선택적으로 점멸시킬 수 있으며, 주로 차량을 임시 정차할 경우에 사용될 수 있다.
이와 같이, 이루어지는 자동차용 비상등(1)은 차량 주행중 발생하는 돌발상황에 운전자가 별도의 조작을 필요로 하지 않으므로, 운전에만 집중할 수 있게 되며, 비상등의 자동 점멸로 인한 후미 차량의 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있어 승차자의 안전을 도모할 수 있다.

  1. 차량의 속도가 급속하게 줄어드는 것을 검출하는 급제동 검출수단(10)과;
    상기 급제동 검출수단(10)과 연결되어 비상등(1)을 일정시간 점멸시키는 릴레이(20)와;
    상기 급제동 검출수단(10)과 병렬로 연결되어 운전자가 수동으로 점멸시킬수 있는 수동 점등스위치(30)를 포함하는 자동차용 비상등.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 급제동 검출수단(10)은,
    케이스(11)와; 상기한 케이스(11)내 일측으로 고정된 접점부(12)와;
    상기한 접점부(12)와 대향 배치되며 관성력에 의해 차량의 전방으로 진행하고, 일측으로 탄성부재(14)의 탄력을 받는 접점체(13)로; 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차용 비상등.
