Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 급제동 경고시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 감속도 감지장치를 장착하여 급제동시 후방 차량에 긴급상황을 알릴 수 있게 한 급제동 경고시스템에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은 자동차의 전후좌우의 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등을 동시에 점멸시키는 해저드 플래시 시스템에 있어서, 상기 해저드 플래지 시스템에 자동차의 속도차를 감지하기 위한 G센서를 장착하고, 상기 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등에 연결하여 G센서가 급제동을 감지함에 따라 상기 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등이 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급제동 경고시스템이다.
본 발명은 자동차가 주행중의 속도보다 1/2 이상으로 급감속하는 경우 G센서가 이를 감지하여 방향 지식등과 보조 방향지시등이 점멸되기 때문에, 후방차량이 전방차량의 긴급상황을 미리 예측함으로써 그에 따른 조치를 신속하게 취할 수 있어 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있게 된다.

Description

급제동 경고시스템
본 발명은 자동차의 급제동 경고시스템에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 감속도 감지장치를 장착하여 급제동시 후방 차량에 긴급상황을 알릴 수 있게 한 급제동 경고 시스템에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 자동차는 그 후미 양측에 제동등이 설치되어 있어 자동차가 감속하거나 정지하는 경우 제동등이 점등되게 되어 있다. 또 노상에서의 긴급정차 또는 후방 차량에 긴급상황 예고등을 하고자 할 때 다른 자동차와의 충돌을 피하기 위하여, 전후좌우의 방향지시등과 보조방향 지시등이 동시에 점멸되는 해저드 플래시(비상 점멸 표시등)를 사용하게 된다.
이러한 종래의 제동등은 자동차 주행중 긴급상황이 발생하여 급제동하게 되는 경우 뛰따라 오던 후방 차량이 앞차의 급제동을 순간적으로 인식하지 못하여 급감속 또는 긴급회피등의 조치를 취하지 못하고 추돌하는 경우가 많이 발생하였다. 특히 초보운전자인 경우는 방어운전에 미숙하고, 앞차의 제동등만 보고 운전하는 경우가 많이 있기 때문에, 앞차량의 제동등이 단락되었거나, 급제동하는 경우 미처 대처하지 못하고 추돌하는 경우가 빈번하였다.
또한 운전자가 전방의 긴급상황을 후방 운전자가 인식시키기 위하여, 해저드 플래시를 작동한다 하더라도 그 작동시간 및 후방 운전자의 인식시간등에 다소 시간이 필요하게 되고, 고속운전시에는 순간적으로 대처하지 못하면 앞차와의 추돌을 피할 수 없게 된다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 발명은 상기의 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 발명된 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 제동 감속도를 감지할 수 있는 감속도 감지장치(G 센서)를 차량에 장착하여 일정한 감속도 이상으로 급감속하는 경우 급제동 경고장치를 작동함으로써, 후방 차량과의 추돌을 방지할 수 있도록 하는데 있다.

본 발명은 상기의 목적을 달성하기 위하여, 자동차의 전후좌우의 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등을 동시에 점멸시키는 해저드 플래시 시스템에 있어서, 상기 해저드 플래시 시스템에 자동차의 속도차를 감지하기 위한 G 센서를 장착하고, 상기 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등에 연결하여 G 센서가 급제동을 감지함에 따라 상기 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등이 작동되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 본 발명을 첨부한 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명한다.
도 1은 본 발명의 급제동 감지시스템에 사용되는 G센서(감속도 감지장치)를 장착한 자동차를 개략적으로 도시한 것으로, G센서(16)가 속도계의 급감속을 감지함에 따라 자동차의 전후좌우에 장착되어 있는 방향 지시등(10), (12)과 보조 방향지시등(14)이 점멸하게 된다.
도 2는 G센서(16)의 작동을 나타낸 플로우차트를 나타낸 것이다. 자동차가 주행하다가 급제동하는 경우, 즉 자동차의 속도차(G)가 1/2이상으로 감속되면 상기 G센서(16)가 이를 감지하여 방향 지시등(10), (12)과 보조 방향지시등(14)이 점멸하게 된다. 또 자동차의 속도차(G)가 1/2이하이면 G센서(16)는 이를 감지하지 아니하여 방향 지시등(10), (12)과 보조 방향지시등(14)은 점멸되지 아니한다.
상기한 바와 같이, 본 발명은 자동차가 주행중의 속도보다 1/2이상으로 급감속하는 경우 G센서가 이를 감지하여 방향 지시등과 보조 방향지시등이 점멸되기 때문에, 후방차량이 전방차량의 긴급상황을 미리 예측함으로써 그에 따른 조치를 취할 수 있어 추돌사고를 예방할 수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 자동차의 전후좌우의 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등을 동시에 점멸시키는 해저드 플래시 시스템에 있어서, 상기 해저드 플래지 시스템에 자동차의 속도차를 감지하기 위한 G센서를 장착하고, 상기 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등에 연결하여 G센서가 급제동을 감지함에 따라 상기 방향지시등과 보조 방향지시등이 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급제동 경고시스템.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 G센서는 주행중의 속도와 급감속 속도와의 차이가 1/2이상인 경우에 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 급제동 경고시스템.
