Abstract

본 발명은 자동차의 추돌방지장치에 관한 것으로, 그 목적은 자차의 급제동을 후미차량에 미리 일러주어 자차의 급제동시 후미차량에 의한 추돌을 방지하는 것이다.
본 발명은, 자차의 속도 및 자차와 선행차량간의 차간거리를 감지한 후에 이에 의거하여 자차와 선행차량간이 상대속도를 산출하고, 상기 차간거리가 상기 산출된 상대속도에 해당하는 정지거리보다 작아지면 충돌가능성을 경보하는 자동차에 있어서, 상기 충돌가능성을 경보음을 발생시켜 운전자에게 경고함과 동시에 비상등이나 브레이크등을 구동하여 후미차량의 운전자에게 알려주어 이에 대비하도록 하는 구성이다.

Claims (3)

  1. 자차의 속도 및 자차와 선행차량건의 차간거리를 감지한 후에 이에 의거하여 자차와 선행자량간이 상대속도를 산출하고, 상기 차간거리가 상기 산출된 상대속도에 해당하는 정지거리보다 작아지면 충돌가능성을 경보하는 자동차에 있어서, 상기 충돌가능성의 경보와 동시에 작동되어 자차의 강속을 후미차량에 미리 알리는 수단을 포함하는 자동차의 추돌방지장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충돌가능성의 경보는 브레이크가 동작하지 않으며, 방향지시등이 작동하지 않고, 곡선로를 주행하지 않을때 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 추돌방지장치.
  3. 제l항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 충돌가능성의 경보는 상기 차간거리가 상기 정지거리보다 작아지는 시점에서 발하는 제1차경보와 상기 차간거리가 제l차경보 발효시점의 일정간격 더 줄어든 시점에서 발하는 제2차경보를 포함하며, 상기 알리는 수단은 상기 제l차경보와 동시에 자동차의 브레이크등을 구동하는 것과 상기 제2경보와 동시에 비상등을 구동하는 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동차의 추돌방지장치.
