Abstract

본 발명은 차량의 주행중 급정지 및 사고발생시 비상등을 자동으로 점멸시키기 위한 차량의 비상등 제어 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 주행중인 현재의 속도를 감지하기 위한 속도 감지부와, 주행중 충돌사고가 발생되면 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 에어 백과, 차량의 급정지시 또는 사고를 뒤에 오는 차량에게 경호하여 주기위하여 점멸되는 비상등과, 상기 속도감지부로부터 입력된 감지 속도와 이미 저장된 기준속도를 비교, 판단하여 감속속도가 이미 저장된 기준 속도보다 크다고 판단되면 상기 비상등을 점멸시키고, 또한 입력된 감속속도가 차량을 갑자기 정지시키는 정지속도로 판단되면 사고가 발생된 것으로 판단하여 상기 에어 백과 상기 비상등을 작동시키게 되는 제어부를 포함한다.

Description

차량의 비상등 제어 장치 및 방법
본 발명은 차량의 비상등 제어 장치 및 방법에 관한 것으로서, 특히 차량의 주행중 급정지 및 사고발생시 비상등을 자동으로 점멸시키기 위한 차량의 비상등 제어 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로, 차량의 후방에는 차량의 사고나 또는 급정지를 해야 할 경우에 뒤에 오는 차량에게 경고하여 주기 위하여 비상등이 장착되어 있다.
그리고, 이러한 종래의 비상등은 주행중 비상시에 운전자가 직접 점등시키도록 되어 있다.
그러나, 상기와 같은 종래의 비상등은 운전자가 수동적으로 턴온 및 턴오프시키므로써, 주행시 갑작스러운 사고로 인하여 운전자가 비상등을 점등시키지 못하게 되는 경우 매우 위험한 사고를 유발하는 문제점이 존재하였다.
본 발명은 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로서, 차량의 주행중인 현재의 속도를 급감속시 감속되는 속도가 일정속도 이하로 감속되거나 또는 사고가 발생하는 경우에 비상등을 자동으로 점멸시킬 수 있는 차량의 비상등 제어 장치 및 방법을 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 비상등 제어 장치의 블럭도.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 비상등 제어 과정을 도시한 흐름도.

이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명의 차량의 비상등 제어 장치는 주행중인 현재의 속도를 감지하기 위한 속도 감지부와, 주행중 충돌사고가 발생되면 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 에어 백과, 차량의 급정지시 또는 사고를 뒤에 오는 차량에게 경고하여 주기 위하여 점멸되는 비상등과, 상기 속도 감지부로부터 입력된 감지속도와 이미 저장된 기준속도를 비교 판단하여 감속속도가 이미 저장된 기준 속도 보다 크다고 판단되면, 상기 비상등을 점멸시키며, 또한 입력된 감속속도가 차량을 갑자기 정지시키는 정지속도로 판단되면 사고가 발생된 것으로 판단하여 상기 에어백과 상기 비상등을 작동시키는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명의 차량의 비상등 제어 방법은 차량을 주행시키는 단계와, 주행중인 차량의 속도를 감속시키는 단계와, 이어 감속되는 현재의 감속 속도를 감지하는 단계와, 감지된 감속속도가 이미 저장된 기준 속도보다 큰지를 비교 판단하는 단계와, 상기 판단 결과 크다고 판단되면, 비상등을 점멸시키는 단계와, 또한 입력된감속속도가 차량을 완전히 정지시킨 정지 속도로 판단되면 사고가 발생된 것으로 판단하여 에어 백과 비상등을 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이하, 도 1 및 도 2를 참조하여 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 비상등 제어 장치의 블럭도를 도시한 것이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 차량의 비상등 제어 장치는 주행중인 현재의 속 도를 감지하기 위한 속도 감지부(1)와, 속도감지부(1)로부터 입력된 감지 속도와 이미 저장된 기준속도를 비교 판단하여 판단 결과에 의거하여 에어 백(3) 및 비상등(4)을 작동시키기 위한 제어부(2)를 포함한다.
상기 속도 감지부(1)는 주행중인 현재의 차속을 감지하며, 특히 주행중 운전자가 브레이크를 밟아 차량을 급감속시키거나 또는 사고가 발생되는 경우에 급감속되는 속도를 감지하여 제어부(2)로 입력한다.
상기 제어부(2)는 주행중 급감속시 감속되는 속도를 속도 감지부(1)로부터 입력받아 입력된 감지 속도가 이미 저장된 기준 속도 이하로 내려가면, 비상등(4)을 작동시키고, 또한 사고 발생에 의하여 차량이 급정지되는 경우의 속도를 속도 감지부(1)로부터 입력받아 입력된 감지속도가 0으로 판단되면 사고 발생된 것으로 판단하여 에어 백(3)과 비상등(4)을 작동시킨다.
즉, 이미 공지된 충돌 센서등을 이용하여 다양한 실험을 통해 감속속도를 이미 저장된 기준 속도와 비교하여 충돌 사고로 인하여 감속속도가 현저히 줄어드는속도의 범위를 사고 발생으로 인해 차량이 급정지되는 경우의 속도로 저장시키고, 충돌 사고로 인한 현저한 감속속도 이후 급정지하여 감지속도가 0으로 감지되는 경우, 사고가 발생된 것으로 판단하게 된다.
상기 에어 백(3)은 주행중 충돌 사고 발생시 제어부(2)에 의하여 작동되어 탑승자들을 보호한다.
상기 비상등(4)은 급감속시 또는 사고 발생시 제어부(2)에 의하여 점멸되어 뒤에 오는 차량에게 비상상황을 경고하여 준다.
도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 비상등 제어 과정을 도시한 것이다. 도 2를 참조하면, 차량을 주행시키며(ST1), 주행중인 차량의 속도를 감속시키며 (ST2), 이어 속도 감지부(1)는 감속되는 현재의 감속속도를 감지하여 제어부(2)로 입력하며(ST3), 제어부(2)는 입력된 감속속도가 이미 저장된 기준 속도보다 큰지를 비교 판단하며(ST4), 상기 판단 결과 작다고 판단되면, ST4의 과정을 재수행한다.
ST4의 판단 결과 크다고 판단되면, 제어부(2)는 비상등(4)을 점멸시키며(ST5), 또한 제어부(2)는 속도 감지부(1)로부터 입력된 감속속도가 차량을 완전 정지시키는 정지속도인가를 판단하며(ST6), 상기 판단 결과 정지 속도가 아니면, ST4부터의 과정을 재수행한다.
ST6의 판단 결과 사고가 발생된 것으로 판단되면, 제어부(2)는 에어 백(3)과 비상등(4)을 작동시킨다.(ST7)
이상에서 설명한 바와 같이 본 발명의 차량의 비상등 제어 장치 및 방법은주행 중 차량의 급감속되는 속도를 감지하여 감지값에 의거하여 비상등을 점멸시키므로써, 급감속시 유발될 수 있는 사고를 미연에 방지하며, 또한 탑승자의 안전성을 높일 수 있는 탁월한 효과를 제공한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 주행중인 현재의 속도를 감지하기 위한 속도 감지부와, 주행중 충돌사고가 발생되면 탑승자를 보호하기 위한 에어 백과, 차량의 급정지시 또는 사고를 뒤에 오는 차량에게 경고하여 주기 위하여 점멸되는 비상등과, 상기 속도감지부로부터 입력된 감지 속도와 이미 저장된 기준속도를 비교, 판단하여 감속속도가 이미 저장된 기준 속도보다 크다고 판단되면 상기 비상등을 점멸시키고, 또한 입력된 감속속도가 차량을 갑자기 정지시키는 정지속도로 판단되면 사고가 발생된 것으로 판단하여 상기 에어 백과 상기 비상등을 작동시키게 되는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 비상등 제어 장치.
  2. 차량을 주행시키는 단계와, 주행중인 차량의 속도를 감속시키는 단계와, 이어 감속되는 현재의 감속 속도를 감지하는 단계와, 감지된 감속속도가 이미 저장된 기준 속도보다 큰지를 비교 판단하는 단계와, 상기 판단 결과 크다고 판단되면, 비상등을 점멸시키는 단계와, 또한 입력된 감속속도가 차량을 완전히 정지시킨 정지속도로 판단되면 사고가 발생된 것으로 판단하여 에어 백과 비상등을 작동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 비상등 제어 방법.
