Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
전자사진 현상방식을 채용한 화상형성장치에서 기록매체상의 현상제를 정착시키기 위한 히터의 온도를 제어하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
2. 발명이 해결하고자 하는 기술적 과제
연속 프린트시에 기록매체로 인한 히터의 온도 저하를 보상하여 정착성을 향상시킬 수 있는 히터온도 제어방법을 제공한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
연속 프린트시 히터에 대한 제어기준이 되는 프린트 제어온도를 규정된 프린트온도보다 높게 상승시키고, 히터의 온도를 상승된 프린트 제어온도에 수렴하도록 제어하여, 히터의 온도가 기록매체로 인해 저하되는 것을 보상한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
전자사진 현상방식을 채용한 복사기, 프린터, 팩시밀리 등과 같은 화상형성장치에 이용한다.

Claims (4)

  1. 기록매체상에 부착되어 있는 현상제를 정착시키기 위한 열을 발생하는 히터를 구비하는 화상형성장치의 히터온도 제어방법에 있어서, 연속 프린트시에 상기 히터에 대한 제어기준이 되는 프린트 제어온도를 규정된 프린트온도보다 높게 상승시키는 과정과, 상기 히터의 노도가 상기 상승된 프린트 제어온도에 수렴하도록 상기 히터를 제어하면서 상기 연속 프린트를 진행하는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터온도 제어방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 프린트 제어온도의 상승값이, 상기 히터와 상기 기록매체간의 접촉으로 인해 저하되는 온도를 보상하기 위한 일정값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터온도 제어방법.
  3. 기록매체상에 부착되어 있는 현상제를 정착시키기 위한 열을 발생하는 히터를 구비하는 화상형성장치의 히터온도 제어방법에 있어서, 프린트 시작시 상기 히터의 온도를 규정된 프린트온도로 상승시키는 과정과, 상기 히터온도가 상기 프린트온도로 상승된 상태에서 프린트를 진행하면서 연속 프린트 여부를 확인하는 과정과, 상기 연속 프린트일 경우 첫번째 페이지의 프린트 완료 이후부터 상기 프린트 제어온도를 상기 프린트온도보다 높게 상승시키는 과정과, 상기 히터가 상기 상승된 프린트 제어온도에 수렴하도록 상기 히터를 제어하면서 상기 연속 프린트를 진행하는 과정과, 상기 연속 프린트 완료후 상기 히터온도를 대기온도로 하강시키는 과정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터온도 제어방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 프린트 제어온도의 상승값이, 상기 히터와 상기 기록매체간의접촉으로 인해 저하되는 온도를 보상하기 위한 일정값으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 히터온도 제어방법.
