Abstract
본 발명은 활성화된 음이온성 중합반응에 의해 제조된 폴리락탐 매트릭스로 이루어진, 열적으로 후성형 될 수 있는 복합재료의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)
- 음이온성 중합반응을 개시하기 위하여 저장시 안정하고 활성화제와 촉매 및 임의로 첨가제를 함유하는 액체계를 무수 락탐 융해물에 첨가하여 균질하게 혼합한 다음, 온도를 조절하여 중합하고 있는 락탐 융해물이 침투하여 보강섬유를 에워싼 후, 후성형 및/또는 후속 열처리에 의해 실시될 수 있는 중합반응 및 성형이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 보강섬유 구조를 에워싸는 폴리락탐 매트릭스로 이루어진, 활성화된 음이온성 중합반응에 의한 열적으로 후성형될 수 있는 복합재료의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리락탐이 폴리카프로락탐, 폴리에난토락탐, 폴리라우린락탐 또는 이들의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 보강섬유 구조가 보강섬유, 노근, 직포, 니트, 자수폼, 짜지 않는 천, 섬유 꾸러미와 조방사 등과 이들의 조합으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보강섬유가 유리 섬유, 미넬라 섬유, 아라미드 섬유 및 탄소 섬유로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 액체계는 필수적으로, a) 용매로서, 다음 a1 및 a2가 모두 이들의 치환체로부터 생성된 헤테로시클릭 고리를 선택적으로 포함하는 a1) 1이상의 N-치환된 카르복실산 아미드 화합물 및/또는 a2) 1이상의 N,N′-이치환된 우레아 화합물 30 내지 80중량부 b) 촉매로서, 1 이상의 알칼리 금속 또는 알칼리 토금속 락타메이트 5 내지 40중량부, c) 1이상의 음이온성 락탐 중합반응을 활성화하는 화합물 5내지 40중량부를 함유하고, 상기에서 a), b) 및 c)가 100중량부까지 첨가되고; 임의로, d) 중합반응에 영향을 미치지 않거나 선택적으로 영향을 미치는, 성분 a), b) 및 c)와 상용화될수 있는 공정 및/또는 특성에 따른 첨가제로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 중합반응의 공정이 액체계내의 활성화제/촉매 농도, 활성화제의 종류 및 온도에 의해 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유 구조의 포화 후에 중합반응의 온도가 300℃를 넘지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 프로필 성분, 플레이트 및 튜브 제조용 도구 또는 펠렛화 될 수 있는 치밀화된 프로필 가닥의 제조용 도구로 연속적으로 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지 전이 성형방법 또는 로토몰딩 방법에 의해 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 압력, 진공 및 열 효과에 의해 우성형이 일어나는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 하나의 방법에 따라 제조된 복합재료.※참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
