Abstract

본 발명에서 엔진 오일 및 공업용 조성물에서 윤활유로서 유용한 신규의 고성능 탄화수소 기재 오일 및 그 제조 방법을 기술하고 있다. 왁스성 또는 파리핀 공급원료 특히 Fisher-Tropsch 왁스를 분자내에 100 탄소원자당 약 6.0 내지 약 7.5 메틸 측쇄를 지니는 700。 F+이소파라핀을 함유하는 조분액(예컨대 C5-1050。 F+조분액)을 제조하기에 충분하도록 약 20 내지 50중량%(바람직하게는 약 25 내지 40 중량%)의 700。 F+전환율에서 그리고 수소이성화 및 수소 분해 반응을 산출하는 이 기능 촉매상에서 반응시킨다. 조분액을 함유하는 메틸 파라핀을 대기증류를 통해 토핑하여 약 650 내지 750。 F의 초기 비점을 지니는 하부 분액을 제조한 후 용매 탈왁스시키고 탈왁스된 오일을 고진공하에서 분류하여 생분해성 고성능 탄화수소기재 오일을 제조한다.

Claims (10)

  1. 700。 F+파라핀성 공급물 또는 700。 F+성분을 포함하는 파라핀성 공급물을 이 기능 촉매 상에서 수소와 반응시켜 수소이성화 및 수소분해 반응 및 파라핀성 공급물의 700。 F+성분의 중량을 기준으로 한번에 약 20 내지 50%의 전환율 및 메틸 파라핀의 함유가 높은 700。 F+물질을 함유하는 조분액을 산출하고 대기압 증류를 제조하고, 상기 조분액을 토핑시켜 약 650 내지 750。 F에서 비등하는 초기 비점을 갖는 잔류 하부 분액을 제조하고, 상기 하부 분액을 용매로 탈왁스시켜 탈왁스된 오일을 회수하고, 상기 탈왁스된 오일을 진공으로 분류시켜 생분해성 고성능 탄화수소 기재 오일을 회수하는 것을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 엔진 오일 및 공업용 오일 조성물에서 윤활유로서 유용한 생분해성 고성능 탄화수소 기재 오일을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 파라핀성 공급물이 Fisher-Tropsch 왁스 또는 Fisher-Tropsch 반응 생성물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 입자성 내화 무기 산화물 담체상에 지지된 제 Ⅷ 금속, 또는 금속들로 구성되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 촉매가 제Ⅷ족 금속,또는 금속들과 더불어 제IB 또는 제VIB족 금속 또는 금속들, 또는 제IB족 및 제VIB족 금속 또는 금속들로 구성되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 금속 또는 금속들의 농도가 촉매의 총 중량을 기준으로 약 0.1% 내지 약 20%이며, 제IB족 금속은 구리이며, 제VIB족 금속은 몰리브덴이며,제 Ⅷ족 금속은 팔라듐,백금,니켈 또는 코발트인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 수소 이성화/수소 분해 반응에 의해 제조된 조분액은 분자내에서 100 탄소원자당 약 6.0 내지 약 7.5 메틸 측쇄를 지니는 이소파라핀의 함유가 큰 700。 F+물질을 산출하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 산출된 700。 F+물질은 분자내에서 약 100원자당 6.5 내지 약 7.0메틸 측쇄를 지니는 이소파라핀의 함유가 큰 물질인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 파라핀성 공급물중의 700。 F+물질의 전환율은 약 25% 내지 약 40%인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 점도 등급을 갖는 윤활유는 진공 분류에 의해 용매 탈왁스된 오일로부터 제조되며, 하나 이상의 분액은 의약 등급의 화이트 오일을 제조하기 위해 충분히 하이드로핀되어 진단성 고온 산 시험을 통과하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 기술된 방법에 따라 제조된 엔진 오일 성분 또는 엔진 오일로서 유용한 생분해성 고성능 탄화수소 기재 오일 조성물.
