Abstract
이 발명은 전자제어 서스펜션 시스템(ECS : Electronic Control Suspension system)에 적용되는 스테이 빌라이저 바(Stabilizer bar)의 댐핑(damping)제어장치에 관한 것으로서, 스테이빌라이저 바의 양쪽 끝을 지지하고 그 아래의 로우 아암에 고정되도록 장착되며, 공급되는 전압에 대응하는 크기를 갖는 힘을 상기 로우 아암과 스테이빌라이저 바 사이에 작용시키는 전자제어 쇽압쇼바와; 상기 전자제어 쇽압쇼바에 설치되어, 쇽압쇼바에 가해지는 힘에 따른 변위를 검출하여 출력하는 포텐셔미터와; 차량의 속도를 검출하여 출력하는 차속센서와; 핸들의 조향 각도를 검출하여 출력하는 조향각 센서와; 상기 차속 센서, 조향각 센서 및 포텐셔미터의 출력신호를 받아들이며, 입력되는 차속 및 핸들의 조향 각도를 이용하여 횡가속도를 계산하고, 계산된 횡가속도 및 상기 쇽압쇼바의 변위를 이용하여 구동전압을 계산하여 출력하는 전자제어유닛과; 상기 전자제어유닛에서 출력되는 구동전압을 증폭한 수, 상기 전자제어 쇽압쇼바에 증폭된 구동전압을 인가하는 전압 증폭기로 구성되어, 한쪽 바퀴만 범프(bump)되거나 평지에서는 횡 가속도(ay')가 0이 되도록 하여 쇽압쇼바가 작동되지 않도록 함으로써 승차감 및 조종 안정성을 향상시킬 수 있고, 회전시에는 쇽압쇼바가 작동하게 하여 스테이빌라이저 바에 의해 롤링 현상이 억제되도록 한다.

제1도는 이 발명의 실시예에 따른 스테이빌라이저 바의 댐핑 제어장치를 도시하는 구성 블록도이고,
제2도는 상기 제1도의 전자제어유닛에서 수행되는 제어 블록도이다.
Claims (2)
- 스테이빌라이저 바의 양쪽 끝을 지지하고 그 아래의 로우 아암에 고정되도록 장착되며, 공급되는 전압에 대응하는 크기를 갖는 힘을 상기 로우 아암과 스테이빌라이저 바 사이에 작용시키는 전자제어 쇽업쇼바와; 상기 전자제어 쇽압쇼바에 설치되어, 쇽압쇼바에 가해지는 힘에 따른 변위를 검출하여 출력하는 포텐셔미터와; 차량의 속도를 검출하여 출력하는 차속 센서와; 핸들의 조향 각도를 검출하여 출력하는 조향각 센서와; 상기 차속 센서, 조향각 센서 및 포텐셔미터와 출력신호를 받아들이며, 입력되는 차속 및 핸들의 조향 각도를 이용하여 횡가속도를 계산하고, 계산된 횡가속도 및 상기 쇽압쇼바의 변위를 이용하여 구동전압을 계산하여 출력하는 전자제어유닛과; 상기 전자제어유닛에서 출력되는 구동전압을 증폭한 후, 상기 전자제어 쇽압쇼바에 증폭된 구동전압을 인가하는 전압 증폭기를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스테이빌라이저 바의 댐핑 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 전자제어유닛은 계산된 횡가속도의 소정 레벨 이하인 구간은 0으로 세팅되도록 하며, 이렇게 하여 얻어진 횡가속도를 이용하여 구동전압을 계산함을 특징으로 하는 스테이빌라이저 바의 댐핑 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
