Abstract

(메트)아크릴산을 주성분으로서 함유하는 액체 혼합물을, 증류기, 응축기 및 증류기와 응축기 사이의 연결부를 포함하고 분리시키려는 상기 액체 혼합물이 연속-공급되는 증류 장치내에서 다음과 같은 방법에 의해 연속적으로 분리시킨다: 증류기내의 액체 함유물의 일부를 연속적으로 분리시키고 과열시켜, 상기 증류기에 재순환시키는 과정에 의해 상기 액체 혼합물의 증발에 필요한 에너지를 상기 증류 장치에 공급하는 방법에 의해 수행한다.

(메트)아크릴산을 주성분으로서 함유하는 액체 혼합물을 연속적으로 증류-분리하는 방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 증류기 외부에 설치되고 드로틀 장치에 의해 증류기와 분리되는 강제-순환 관형 증발기를 사용하는 증류 장치의 개략도이다,
제2도는 로버트(Robert) 증발기의 개략도이다.

Claims (10)

  1. (메트)아크릴산을 주성분으로서 함유하는 액체 혼합물을, 증류기, 응축기 및 증류기와 응축기 사이의 연결부를 포함하고 분리시키려는 액체 혼합물이 연속적으로 공급되는 증류 장치내에서, 연속적으로 증류-분리하는 방법으로서, 증류기내의 압력 Px하에 존재하는 액체 함유물의 분획을 연속적으로 분리해내고, 상기 분획을 온도 Ty′가 증류기내의 액체 함유물의 압력 Px에 관해서는 비점 Ty이상이고, 압력 Py에 관해서는 비점 Ty이하인 조건하에서, Px이상인 압력 Py에서 온도 Ty′까지 가열시키고, 그후에 분리해내고 압력 Px에 기초하여 상기 방법으로 과열시킨 증류기 액체의 분획을 증류 장치에 재순환시켜 압력을 낮추는 과정에 의해 상기 액체 혼합물의 증발에 필요한 에너지의 일부 또는 전부를 증류 장치에 공급시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 증류에 의해 분리되는 액체 혼합물이 95중량% 이상의 (메트)아크릴산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 증류기내의 압력이 10mbar 내지 150mbar인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 분리가 단일-상 플로우 분리법으로서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 증류에 의해 분리되는 액체 혼합물이 증류기내로 직접 연속적으로 공급되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 분리시켜 과열시킨 증류기 액체의 분획을 증류기 액체내로 직접 재순환시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, Py및 Px의 차이가 0.2bar 내지 8bar인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, Ty′가 증류기내의 액체 함유물의 온도 보다 3 내지 12K 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 증류기내 액체에서 분리해낸 분획을 관-다발 열교환기내에서 과열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 증류에 의해 분리되는 상기 액체 혼합물이 (메트)아크릴산 뿐만 아니라 페노티아진 및 도데실벤젠술폰산을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
