Abstract

1. 청구범위에 기재된 발명이 속한 기술분야
디지털 무선통신시스템의 업/다운컨버터용 국부발진기
2. 발명이 해결하려고 하는 기술적 과제
발진주파수의 가변범위를 넓히는 경우에 저하되는 위상잡음특성을 개선한다.
3. 발명의 해결방법의 요지
본 발명에 따른 전압제어발진기는 발지주파수의 가변범위를 결정하는 제어전압뿐만 아니라 시스템의 동작모드를 나타내는 전압을 주파수공진부에 인가하여 넓은 주파수대역을 나타내는 병렬공진점이 결정되도록 하고 상기 결정된 병렬공진점에 대응하는 발진주파수를 출력하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
4. 발명의 중요한 용도
GSM의 업/다운컨버터용 국부발진기.

Claims (14)

  1. 디지털 무선통신시스템의 업/다운컨버터용 전압제어발진기에 있어서; 미리 설정된 범위내의 제어전압의 레벨에 반대하는 캐패시턴스를 가지는 가변용량성소자와, 미리 설정된 시간단위로 변화하는 모드전압의 레벨에 대응하는 직렬공진점을 가지는 직렬공진회로가 병렬접속되는 공진수단과; 상기 공진수단에 의해 결정되는 병렬 공진점에 대응하는 주파수를 발진하는 발진수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직렬공진회로는; 송신모드의 동작수행시 인가되는 송신모드전압의 레벨에 반비례하는 캐패시턴스를 가지며, 수신모드의 동작수행시 인가되는 수신모드전압의 레벨에 반비례하는 캐패시턴스를 가지는 버랙터다이오드와, 상기 가변용량성소자에 직렬접속되며, 상기 직렬공진회로에 대해 병렬접속되는 유도성 소자로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발진수단에서 발진되는 주파수를 조정하기 위한 조정용 전압을 상기 버랙터다이오드에 더 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 송신모드전압의 레벨 또는 상기 수신모드전압의 레벨과 상기 조정용 전압을 가산한 전압을 상기 가변용량성 소자에 인가하기 위한 가산수단을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  5. 디지털 무선통신시스템의 업/다운컨버터용 전압제어발진기에 있어서; 미리 설정된 범위내의 제어전압의 레벨에 반비례하는 캐패시턴스를 가지는 제1가변용량성소자와, 미리 설정된 시간단위로 변화하는 모드전압의 레벨에 반비례하는 캐패시턴스를 가지는 제2가변용량성소자와, 유도성 소자가 병렬접속되는 공진수단과; 상기 공진수단에 의해 결정되는 병렬 공진점에 대응하는 주파수를 발진하는 발진수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 상기 발진수단에서 발진되는 주파수를 조정하기 위한 조정용 전압을 상기 제2가변용량성 소자에 더 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 송신모드전압의 레벨 또는 상기 수신모드전압의 레벨과 상기 조정용 전압을 가산한 전압을 상기 제2가변용량성 소자에 인가하기 위한 가산수단을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  8. 제5항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 소자가 인덕터임을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  9. 제5항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 소자가 유전체공진기임을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  10. 디지털 무선통신시스템의 업/다운컨버터용 전압제어발진기에 있어서; 미리 설정된 범위내의 제어전압의 레벨에 반비례하는 캐패시턴스를 가지는 제1가변용량성소자와, 미리 설정된 시간단위로 변화하는 모드전압의 레벨에 반비례하는 캐패시턴스를 가지는 제2가변용량성소자가 직렬접속되는 직렬접속회로와; 상기 직렬접속회로에 대해 병렬접속되는 유도성소자와; 상기 직렬접속회로와 상기 유도성 소자가 병렬접속됨에 따라 결정되는 병렬공진점에 대응하는 주파수를 발진하는 발진수단으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 발진수단에서 발진되는 주파수를 조정하기 위한 조정용 전압을 상기 제2가변용량성 소자에 더 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 송신모드전압의 레벨 또는 상기 수신모드전압의 레벨과 상기 조정용 전압을 가산한 전압을 상기 제2가변용량성 소자에 인가하기 위한 가산수단을 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  13. 제10항 내지 제12항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 소자가 인덕터임을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
  14. 제10항 내지 제12항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유도성 소자가 유전체공진기임을 특징으로 하는 전압제어발진기.
