Abstract

본 발명은 유기폴리실록산, 지방산에스테르, 플루오로알킬기 또는 불포화형 지방족알킬기의 측쇄를 분자말단에 가진 유기화합물을 함유하는 자외선경화성 도료를 이용하여 보호코팅 표면의 윤활성이 뛰어나고, 내슬라이딩성이 양호하여 장기간의 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 고품질의 광자기 디스크에 관한 것으로, 본 발명은(메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부에 대해 광중합성 프리폴리머 30∼80중량부, 광중합 개시제 10∼40중량부, 유기폴리실록산 0.1∼10중량부를 함유하는 자외선경화성 도료를 광자기 디스크의 반사막(14)상에 스핀코팅법을 이용하여 약 10㎛도포하고, 상온에서 자외선(조도 : 600mW/㎠, 광량 : 800mJ/㎠)을 조사하여 보호코팅(15)을 형성하는 것이다.

Claims (31)

  1. (메타)아크릴산에스테르와 광중합성 프리폴리머와, 광중합 개시제와, 유기폴리실록산을 함유하는 자외선 경화성 도료에 있어서 각 성분의 조성비율이, (a) (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부, (b) 광중합성 프리폴리머 30∼80중량부, (c) 광중합 개시제 10∼40중량부, (d) 유기폴리실록산 0.1∼10중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크 제조용 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부에 대해 지방산에스테르를 0.1∼10중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부에 대해 플루오로알킬기 또는 불포화형 지방족 알킬기의 측쇄를 분자말단에 가진 유기화합물 0.1∼10중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 광중합성 프리폴리머가 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 및 에폭시(메타)아크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르가 라우릴(메타)아크릴레이트, 에톡시디에틸렌글리콜(메타)아크릴레이트, 페녹시에틸(메타)아크릴레이트, 테트라히드로플루프릴(메타)아크릴레이트, 이소보르닐(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리시클로데카닐(메타)아크릴레이트, 트리에틸렌글리콜디(메타)아크릴레이트, 네오펜틸글리콜디(메타)아크릴레이트 및 헥산디올디(메타)아크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 지방산 에스테르가 가진 지방족 알킬기의 탄소수가 10이상 18이하의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 플루오로알킬기 또는 불포화형 지방족 알킬기의 측쇄를 분자말단에 가진 유기화합물이 지방산 알킬호박산 디에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르가 아크릴산에스테르 또는 메타크릴산에스테르인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 25℃에서의 점도가 20∼100센티푸아즈인 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 유기폴리실록산이 하기화학식(I)으로 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 경화성 도료조성물.
  11. 광학적으로 투명한 기판상에 무기화합물 박막으로 이루어진 광자기 기록층을 형성하고, 상기 광자기 기록층상에 유기화합물로 이루어진 보호코팅층을 형성하는 광자기 디시크의 제조방법에 있어서, (a) (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부, (b) 광중합성 프리폴리머 30∼80중량부, (c) 광중합 개시제 10∼40중량부, (d) 유기폴리실록산 0.1∼10중량부의 조성으로 이루어진 자외선 경화성 도료를 상기 박막에 도포하고, 조도가 300mW/㎠ 이상 1000mW/㎠ 이하의 범위에 있으며, 광량이 500mJ/㎠ 이상 1500mJ/㎠ 이하의 범위인 자외선을 상기 자외선 경화성 도료에 조사하여 도료를 경화시켜 보호코팅층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 자외선 경화성 도료를 무기 화합물 박막에 5∼50㎛ 범위의 두께로 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부에 대해 지방산에스테르를 0.1∼10중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 제조방법.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부에 대해 플루오로알킬기 또는 불포화형 지방족알킬기의 측쇄를 분자말단에 가진 유기화합물 0.1∼10중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 제조방법.
  15. 제11항에 있어서, 광중합성 프리폴리머가 우레탄(메타)아크릴레이트 및 에폭시(메타)아크릴레이트로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크의 제조방법.

  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 유기화합물로 구성된 보호코팅의 두께가 5∼50㎛의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크.
  24. 제22항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부에 대해 지방산에스테르 0.1∼10중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크.
  25. 제22항에 있어서, (메타)아크릴산에스테르 100중량부에 대해 플루오로알킬기 또는 불포화형 지방족알킬기의 측쇄를 분자말단에 가진 유기화합물 0.1∼10중량부를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광자기 디스크.
