Abstract

본 발명은 N-비닐포름아미드, 및 에폭시-아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리에스테르 수지, 폴리우테탄 아크릴레이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 올리고머를 포함하는 개선된 방사선 경화가 능한 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물에 광개시제도 첨가된다. 또한 본 발명은 사익 조성물에 기재에 도포한 후에 개재상에 점착성이 있는 건조한 중합 필름이 형성될 때까지 방사원에 노출시키는 방법이 제공된다. 본 발명의 조성물은 착색된 코우팅, 착색되지 않은 코우팅, 인새 잉크, 접착제등에 유용하다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a)에폭시 -아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 올리고머; 및 (b)N-비닐포름아미드를 포함하는 방사선 경화가능한 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 단일-작용성, 이중-작용성, 또는 다중-작용성 비닐 또는 아크릴계 단량체도 함유하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, N-비닐포름아미드가 전체 조성물의 약 2내지 40중량%로 조성물중에 존재하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 올리고머가 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지인 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트가 이중-작용성인 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 약 32. 5내지 10. 0 포아즈의 점성도를 가지는 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 광개시제도 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, N-비닐포름아미드가 전체 조성물의 약 5내지 25중량%로 조성물중에 존재하는 조성물.
  9. N-비닐포름아미드, 광개시제, 및 에폭시-아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리에스테르 아크릴레이트 수지, 폴리우레탄 아크릴레이트 수지 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군중에서 선택되는 올리고머를 포함하는 경화가능한 조성물을 기재에 도포하는 단계; 및 상기 기재상에 점착성이 있는 건조한 중합 필름이 형성될때까지 코우팅된 기재를 방사원에 노출시키는 단계를 포함하여, 기재를 코우팅하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 코우팅 조성물이 2내지 40중량 %의 N-비닐포름아미드를 함유하는 방법.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 코우팅 조성물이 단일-작용성, 이중-작용성, 또는 다중-작용성 비닐 또는 아크릴계 단량체도 함유하는 방법.
