Claims (10)

  1. 기질 및 상기 기질에 가해진 칼라 시스템을 갖는 제품에 있어서, 경화 코팅 성분과, 중합 염료를 포함하는 칼라 식별 시스템을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 중합 염료는, 유기 염료 유니트가 중합체 체인에 화학적으로 링크된 고분자 발색단 함유 분자를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 칼라 식별 시스템은 불투명하고, 추가로 부유제를 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기질은 광섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 부유제의 회절 지표는 코팅 성분의 회절 지표보다 실제로 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기질은, 여기에 가해진 적어도 하나의 코팅 물질층을 포함하는 광섬유이고, 상기 칼라 식별 시스템은, 상기 적어도 하나의 코팅층의 외부 표면에 가해진 층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 칼라 식별 시스템은 약 98 중량부의 자외선 경화 성분과, 약 1중량부의 부유재 및 약 2중량부의 중합 염료를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화 코팅 성분은 약 75%의 올리고머와 약 23중량%의 희석재 및 약 2중량%의 광개시제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 자외선 경화 코팅 성분은 폴리에틸렌글리콜 아디페이트-톨루엔 디아소시아네이트-하이드록시에틸 아크릴레이트를 구비하는 약 75중량%의 올리고머와, 약 11.5중량%의 N-비닐 피롤리돈과, 약 11.5중량%의 에톡시에톡시에틸 아크릴레이트 및 약 2중량%의 광개시제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
  10. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 기질은 내부의 초기 코팅층과 외부의 제2코팅층을 포함하는 코팅 시스템으로 감싸진 광섬유이고, 상기 제2코팅층은 약 98중량부의 올리고머릭 물질과, 약 1중량부의 부유제 및 약 2중량부의 중합 염료를 구비하는 자외선 경화 코팅 흔하물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제품.
