제4도는 본 발명의 요철 피트의 형성 방법을 적합하게 실시하기 위한 장치의 1 예를 제시한 도면임.
Claims (7)
- 소정의 정보가 기억된 요철 피트를 가진 기록층과, 이 요철 피트면 상에 형성된 금속 반사 막과, 이 반사막사에 투명 접착층을 개재하여 적층시킨 투명 기판으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기록층이 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물의 경화물로 형성되는 광디스크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 반사막이 500-1500Å의 두께를 가지는 광디스크.
- 지지 시트 상에 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 도포하고, 소정의 정보가 기억된 요철 피트를 가진 스탬퍼에 상기 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물 층을 압착시켜 이 상태에서 지지 시트측에서 자외선을 조사하여 상기의 수지를 경화시켜 요철 피트를 전사하고, 이어서 이 요철 피트 면 상에 금속 반사막을 형성하여, 이 금속 반사막 상에 투명 접착층을 개배하여 투명 기판을 적층시키고, 이어서 이 요철 피트면 상에 금속 반사막을 형성하여, 이 금속 반사막 상에 투명 접착층을 개재하여 투명 기판을 적층시키고, 이어서 디스크 형상으론 펀칭하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광디스트의 제조 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 금속 반사막의 형성을 증착법 또는 스퍼터링법으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 소정 정보가 기록된 요철 피트를 가진 기록층과, 이 피트면 상에 형성된 금속 반사막과, 이 반사막 상에 투명 접착층을 개재하여 적층시킨 투명 기판측에 레이저광을 입사시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 기록 독취 방법.
- 투명 기판 또는 지지 시트상에 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 도포하는 동시세, 소정의 정보가 기억된 요철피트를 가진 스탬퍼 상에도 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 도포하고, 상기 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물끼리 면접하는 위치 관게에서 상기 투명 기판 또는 지지 시트와 스탬퍼를 압착 하고, 이 상태에서 투명 기판 또는 지지 시트측에서 자외선을 조사하여, 상기 방사선 경화성 수지 조성물을 경화하여 요철 피트를 전사시키고, 이 요철 피트면상에 금속막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요철 피트 형성 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
