Abstract
본 발명의 목적은 밸브시트에 있어서의 밸브폐쇄체의 넓은 폭의 접촉을 회피하고, 나아가서는 부적당한 유압 접착효과를 배제하는 것이다. 밸브폐쇄체(7)가 에지시트부(29')로서 형성된 밸브시트와 협동하여, 상기 밸브시트가 상호 다른 각도를 가지고 형성된 면(45,46)을 상호 직접적으로 연속시키고, 상기 면(45,46)의 접촉선에 에지시트부(29')를 생기게 함에 의해 형성되어 있고, 상류측의 한쪽의 면(45)과 밸브긴쪽 방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(

제1도는 구형상의 밸브폐쇄체를 구비한 공지의 연료분사밸브의 단면도, 제2도는 본 발명의 제1실시예를 나타내는 단면도.
Claims (5)
- 내연기관의 연료분사장치에 사용되는 연료분사밸브로서, 밸브긴쪽방향축선과, 구(球)형상의 밸브폐쇄체와, 상기 밸브폐쇄체와 협동하는 밸브시트와, 상기 밸브시트의 하류측에 설치된 하나 이상의 분사개구가 설치되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 밸브폐쇄체(7)가 에지시트부(29')로서 형성된 밸브시트와 협동하여, 상기 밸브시트가 상호 다른 각도를 가지어 형성된 면(45,46)을 상호 직접적으로 연속시키고, 상기 면(45,46)의 접촉선에 에지시트부(29')가 생기게 하도록 하는 것에 의해 형성되어 있고, 더우기 상류측의 한쪽의 면(45)과 밸브긴쪽 방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(α)가, 하류측의 다른쪽의 면(46)과 밸브긴쪽방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(β)보다도 크게 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치에 사용되는 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상류측의 한쪽의 면(45)과 밸브긴쪽방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(α)와, 하류측의 다른쪽의 면(46)과 밸브긴쪽방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(β)의 사이의 각도차가 ≥10°인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치에 사용되는 연료분사밸브.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 에지시트부(29')가 원통형의 밸브시트체(16)에 형성되어 있고, 상기 밸브시트체(16)가 구형상의 밸브폐쇄체(7)를 위한 원통상의 가이드개구(15)를 가지고 있고, 상기 가이드개구(15)에 하류측의 방향에서 상기 한쪽의 면(45)과, 상기 에지시트부(29')와, 상기 다른쪽의 면(46)이 계속하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치에 사용되는 연료분사밸브.
- 내연기관의 연료분사장치에 사용되는 연료분사밸브로서, 밸브긴쪽방향축선과, 구형상의 밸브폐쇄체와, 상기 밸브폐쇄체와 협동하는 밸브시트면과, 상기 밸브시트면의 하류측에 설치된 하나 이상의 분사개구가 설치되어 있는 형식의 것에 있어서, 밸브폐쇄체(7)가 상호 다른 각도를 가지고 형성된, 밸브폐쇄체(7)의 주위면에 고리형상으로 연장된, 상호 연속하는 적어도 2개의 경사면(49,50)을 가지고 있고, 양경사면(49,50)의 접촉선에 밀봉에지(52)가 형성되어 있고, 더우기 상류측의 경사면(49)과 밸브긴쪽방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(α)가 하류측의 경사면(50)과 밸브긴쪽방향축선(2)과의 사이의 각도(β)보다도 작게 형성되어 있고, 상기 밀봉에지(52)만이 밸브시트면(29)과 협동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치에 사용되는 연료분사밸브.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상류측의 경사면(49)과 밸브긴쪽방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(α)와, 하류측의 경사면(50)과 밸브긴쪽방향축선(2)의 사이의 각도(β)의 사이의 각도차가 ≥10°인 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 연료분사장치에 사용되는 연료분사밸브.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
