Abstract

본 발명은 유체중에서 유해물질을 제거하기 위해 사용되는 첨착활성탄 제조시 유동층흡착탑을 이용한 방법과 장치에 관한 것으로서, 원료활성탄을 건조하여 수분을 제거한 후 건조된 활성탄을 유동층흡착탑의 분산판 상부에 충전하고 첨착공정에 사용되는 TEDA 시약을 TEDA 발생용기에 주입한 후 가열된 공기를 공급하면 TEDA 증기를 함유한 공기가 발생되고, TEDA 증기를 함유한 가열공기를 유동층흡착탑 하부에 공급하여 활성탄이 유동화되도록 하여 유동층에서 TEDA가 흡착되어 첨착되도록 한 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명 방법 실시예인 유동층흡착탑 첨착활성탄 제조장치의 단면도.

Claims (2)

  1. 원료활성탄을 건조하여 수분을 제거한 후 건조된 활성탄을 유동층흡착탑의 분산판 상부에 충전하고 첨착공정에 사용되는 TEDA 시약을 TEDA 발생용기에 주입한 후 가열된 공기를 공급하면 TEDA 증기를 함유한 공기가 발생되고, TEDA 증기를 함유한 가열공기를 유동층흡착탑 하부에 공급하여 활성탄이 유동화되도록 하여 유동층에서 TEDA가 흡착되어 첨착되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 가열공기로 TEDA 증기를 발생하여 유동층흡착탑에서 TEDA 첨착활성탄 제조방법.
  2. 활성탄주입구(4)로 활성탄(5)이 충입되고 구멍(11)이 뚫린 분산판(6)이 설치된 유동층흡착탑(1)의 하부공기 유입구(10)에 TEDA 발생용기(3)의 공기출구(9)를 연결하고 TEDA 발생용기는 TEDA(2)를 충입하며 그 상단에 공기유입구(8)을 배관하여 예열관(7)에 연결시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 가열공기로 TEDA 증기를 발생하여 유동층흡착탑에서 TEDA 첨착활성탄 제조장치.
